I was delt with in a prompt and professional manner and the receptionist was nothing but warm and kind. I was able to secure a full carpet clean for my new home in less than 24hours! AMAZING! When Andy came to clean the carpets he took his time and really ensured that every place to be worked was really taken care of. This company's attention to detail and great customer service are reasons I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very happy with the recent service requested. Had carpets cleaned in 3 rooms, one of which, in basement, was not sure could be effectively cleaned and deodorized. Andy and his assistant did a great job, and all look great now. Service was prompt, courteous, conscientious and affordable. Thank you Steam Plus -- will use again.

Not happy with the carpet cleaning job at my daughter's house. Would not recommend to anyone. You said you didn't service a client the last name is Dematos. Of course you don’t see the last name Dematos as your client because my daughter is married and uses her husband’s last name. I was going to call you back to re-clean my daughter’s carpet but when I looked at the carpet…..I would rather hire someone who has real knowledge of carpet cleaning to clean it. Thank you very much.
