The zipper pull had come off a winter jacket, the zipper itself was still in good shape. I brought the jacket here, they very quickly replaced the 'slide' on the zipper and offered same day service. I will bring any other garmets here, I'm very pleased with the service.

Took my high end ball gown wedding dress to be hemmed and have a bustle put on. She charges me 500.00 UP FRONT BEFORE ANY WORK WAS DONE. She put one tiny button on the back to hold up 20lbs of dress. All night long people kept asking me why I didn't have a bustle put on? It dragged horribly and ended up getting ripped because people kept stepping on it. Terrible job!!!!! I didn't realize until at my wedding when I was trying to enjoy myself but kept tripping on a dress that was in her words "perfect". I should have paid more attention but her tiny shop doesn't give you much room to walk around in a dress that size, and I assumed for 500.00 I would get a decent job done. Stay away from this expensive place, they have no idea what they're doing. Now I have to pay someone else to fix my ripped up dress because of garbage work. Not happy and would like to save someone else from this happening to them.

I paid $40 to have my coat pocket sewn and peacoat coat dry cleaned, paid 40 dollars and did not complete the work, the pocket was not fixed as I was charged. Drycleaning was also not great, black coat was returned cover with lint.

Needed a zipper replaced on my winter coat, they finished in an hour and only cost me $20. The stitching came out cleaner than when I originally bought the coat. This saved me the cost of buying a new coat, definitely worth it!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Was overpriced (didn't realize until after I had already paid). The woman took my bridesmaid dress is wayyyyyy too much (said she "didn't know what happened". Then, even though she new the wedding date, gave me a time after that date that she'd have it done. I said that didn't work, so she bregrudgingly aggreed to have it done by the wedding. When I arrived back the day before the wedding, it was way too loose. I think she just took it back out all the way. I didn't have time to fix it; I spent the whole evening of the wedding pulling my dress up.

I needed a lot of alterations done to my wedding dress. Ran into an issue with the length of it and because of the style of the dress, it couldn't be hemmed. She was able to use her creativity and design a new front on my dress. She was very fair for the cost in all of the work that needed to be done and it was done in a great timeline. Highly recommend.

I brought an oversized winter coat here to get it tailored. When I put the coat on, he said there is nothing that can be done to make it smaller. I questioned this with different options and he just said no, nothing can be done. I went to a tailor down the street and they had no problem altering it to my needs. Very disappointed with the gentlemen’s response and I do not recommend coming here.

This lady charged me almost $600 in alterations and almost ruined my wedding dress with only 2 weeks before my wedding! She was asksd to remove 1-2 layers of tulle from the dress and took 4 including the slip, making the dress see through! She altered the neck line making the fabric pucker & the beads look clustered. The hem was extremely uneven. When it was fixed, my new seamstress removed another inch of fabric on one side of them hem and 4 on the other. When asked for something to be done, she was "not in" twice and phone calls were never returned. Absolutely do not leave your wedding dress here!!!!
