These guys were quick and very professional. Despite it being a Sunday morning the team came in and got to work very quickly helping to minimize the damage in my basement from a recent flood. The owner was very good at communicating next steps and kept me in the loop the entire way. If it weren't for these guys the damage would have been much much worse. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services

We called ServiceMaster on Friday night after discovering the line to our main floor toilet had come off and been spraying water into our house and down into our basement for who knows how many hours. They had a team there in about an hour to start the emergency clean up and ripped out carpet and ceiling and took it all away that night. They were back the next week to take drywall and list our contents for insurance purposes. We have had a variety of the employees in our house to do different things and all of the interactions have been great - it's a friendly, professional team! They've been so helpful in guiding us through an entirely unfamiliar process, from emergency clean up to reconstruction of our basement, and Shawn in particular has been so patient with our endless questions! Overall it has been a really positive experience - if you can ignore the whole basement destroying that lead them to be at our house! We will definitely use ServiceMaster again and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

We had service master when our basement flooded. The service was impeccable. They were prompt and hardworking and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. My wife is quite high strung and the flood caused her a lot of stress but the workers did everything they could to ease her anxiety when possible. Would highly reccommend.

If I could give them more stars I would. I received a call from them in less than an hour after I called my insurance company and they were at my home less than an hour after that. They were very honest, thorough and informative. They were also very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster Kingston and Eric and him team.

Dealt with Adam Platz for damage to my house siding. He clearly saw my siding being pulled off of my house exterior as a result of the wind over several days. He took videos of the pieces of siding that were no longer connected as well as a video of it flapping in the wind. After calling my insurance company, I came to understand that his report to the insurance company was that it could have been a result of poor workmanship during installation. Because of his speculation, my insurance company has no intent to fix the damage to my siding that resulted from the windstorm in my area. Even after I contacted him to clarify, he still refuses to correct his statement to the insurance company. When I questioned him on why he would make a speculation about the initial installation, he still stands by his statement to the insurance company. He ended the call by hanging up on me.
