I was hoping that the negative reviews would be inaccurate... I was wrong. Cancelled on me 3 times for 3 different reasons. (1 sick, 2 "held up", 3 rain). I wouldn't mind if he would at least be the one to reach to in order to advise me of the rescheduling, however, each time, I had to be the one contacting him in order to confirm whether or not he was coming. In other words; poor communication, never on time and just an overall lack of professionalism. Ended up canceling with him all together and booking with someone else. Again, the negative reviews were accurate. Look elsewhere.

Had WETT inspection booked for afternoon, waited around and they did not show up. Company did not leave a message letting me know they had to reschedule. Very unprofessional. I will be using another company for inspection. Do not recommend.

Several no shows to install chimney. Very poor installation. Chimney is crooked and bent.We were promised a chimney sweep at the end of 2019 to make up for the shotty installation Here we are months later . Still not done.

I would give zero stars if I could. We contacted them and they were very quick to respond and setup an appointment. Due to weather they had to cancel our first appointment. They got behind and had to cancel our second appointment. Then did not show for our third appointment and have been ignoring our efforts to contact them to see if they were still planning to come. We are not impressed, took time off work twice to accommodate them as weather was unfortunate. However having them ghost us when we have waited around at home for them all day is just unprofessional and rude. Avoid at all costs!
