Completely unreliable and untrustworthy. I am a tenant with chronic lung disease in a home that recently had "duct cleaning" done. The abnormal methods used that day resulted in me calling the company only to find out there was no work order for my property scheduled in the system, leading me to believe the duct cleaning employees do work outside of the business and without liability or proper oversight. Come to find out, dust clouds were being blown out of the vents and on to my bed not only because they neglected to cover up any openings, but because he felt it appropriate to pretend he was cleaning return air vents by blowing his air compressor into the non-vented framing of the house. This employee willingly put my health at risk and intentionally neglected to inform me as the resident living here.

I have always had really enjoyable experiences with Rosen. They are always quick to respond to queries, concerns, schedule maintenance, and are ALWAYS on top of keeping us fuelled up. The staff I've worked with in the past - Janice and Kara - were both truly wonderful, providing really quick answers to questions I've needed. Keep on doing the wonderful work you do, keeping us heated in winter :) And thank you!
