You couldn't ask for a more helpful honest guy to deal with. Christmas eve last year a part arrived for my tub Peter the owner had already sent his guys home for the holidays. So he didn't want me to be without my tub for the holidays. He loaded the part into the work van and came out himself and worked on his hands and knees to replace the main heater and mother board . The parts were completely covered by warranty and he wouldn't take a dime from me Thanks to him we had our tub working great for the holidays and have had no other problems. The customer service is Great.! I have been having problems with my pool so far this season and have been to Lakeside pools a number of times with different situations. First of all the water would not clear up and remained a greenish color... after talking with the staff and testing the water I was recommended different solutions to add to the pool and was told I would see a difference that same day ... and I did ! .. by the next couple of days my pool was crystal clear.. FINALLY I was not sold anything that I didn't need AND at better prices ! . My pool has been loosing quite a bit of water daily and we couldn't figure out from where, Peter, one of the owners at Lakeside pools had taken the time out of his busy day to come and take a look and help find the problem - he advised us to follow a few steps and in doing that WE DID find the the problem, I had just about given up. I am very pleased to have finally found a honest and knowledgeable place to go to for all my pool needs. The Owners and staff go out of their way to satisfy and find solutions.

I absolutely love our swim spa! The spa was installed 20 days ago and I have been swimming almost every day. I love swimming against the current and have notice my strength and endurance have improved. Sometimes I use the swim tether if I want to do a hard swim, but mostly I'm justing doing a gentle, calm swim - and then a lovely massage from the jets at the other end of the pool. Really, the Coast 14' Infinity Edge Swim Spa is the best of both worlds in water activity and relaxation. I've used the rowing equipment that comes with the spa, along with the leg and arm tethers for muscle building resistance workout. All of these items work very well and are enjoyable. I like the rowing the best since I can sit back in the middle seat of the spa, and look out over the infinity edge of the pool as I row and relax. While I loved the spa from the first swim, I didn't like having to deal with the chemicals. I've never owned a pool or hot tub and I found the chemical mixtures and maintenance to be overwhelming at first, but with the help of the staff at Lakeside Pools, I've been able to sort it our and believe I have a good weekly routine and know what to do if there's a problem. Call Lakeside and ask for help! After we ordered the spa last fall, and right up to the day it was installed, I was having doubts about whether or not we should have spent the money on this "luxury" item. Now, from the first swim to every time I get into the spa, it feels fabulous and I have no regrets. Thanks Lakeside!

We, much like many others these days, started our search for a hot tub only recently. Although we've been casually looking for years, this was the time. We paid a visit to many of the retailers in the area and settled on Lakeside Pools. Situated in a relatively small location compared to others, their available selection was equal to the others. We lucked upon the right tub there. After considering many of the features of all the tubs, price came near the bottom. The warranty is far longer on the Coast Spas tub. The delivery team was great and were very careful to consider our view when situating the tub. They placed it in a way that mae the tub both accessible, and so that the cover and lifter did not impede our view of the lake. It also adds some privacy and wind break. Chelsea and Gerry gave us a thorough orientation and were sure to remind us that support is only a phone call away....which Chelsea had already provided upon our first start-up of the tub. Well done Lakeside!

Hubby and I have talked about a hot tub for probably close to a decade and finally purchased a Coast Spa from Lakeside Pools. After a lot of research into the spas available in our area we concluded that Coast was the one for us. I can't begin to say enough about the Team at Lakeside, let alone the spa. From our visit visit Gerry was professional and knowledgeable and walked us through the different spas and what set Coast apart from many of the others. Lakeside was our first visit and there was actually a spa in the back that had been ordered but not claimed (the original purchasers decided on going with their swim spa instead) so it was available...immediately! We still took the time to visit other stores but came back to Coast. Almost all of the others were staffed by (likely) part time students who did not have a ton of knowledge. When you're spending this kind of money you need to feel supported. Everything I read in my research said that the dealer was as important as the brand itself. I felt comfortable with Gerry and the team there. The customer service has been absolutely amazing. From Gerry answering my emails in the evenings which was NOT necessary to the help that we got on the phone from one of the team when we had some questions after the setup. Setup team was fast, efficient and friendly too! Gerry and Chelsea have just left after our official orientation. Chelsea did a fantastic job walking us spa newbies on how to maintain proper levels and maintenance. Long story short...the spa itself is fantastic. Seems to be very solid and we love how it feels. What really sold us and, I believe, sets Lakeside apart is the staff and the customer service. We highly recommend!

Skilled and Trustworthy! We experienced a problem with our pool liner around 5 years ago. Repair was attempted on at least 2 occasions with no success. We just gave up on the problem as it was esthetic only and did not interfere with our enjoying the pool. Rob from Lakeside came over to install a part on our filter this April 2021 and noticed the liner problem. He stated he could fix it if we wanted. He and his sidekick Mack came over on 2 occasions and fixed the entire problem perfectly! If only Rob and Mack had been around 5 years ago when it could not be repaired by others, it looks so much better, thank you. I have done extensive business with Lakeside Pools including repairs and various purchases and installations. From experience I have reason to trust Peter Murphy and his staff, and I recommend them highly.

I would like to retract my recent review as the owner has cleared up the issue that my girlfriend had with her pool opening he contacted her about her invoice and said that what was written should not have been he was very quick to respond to her concerns and because of the issues with the opening he has refunded her money and went and inspected the pool saying it is not a liability and informed her that there is issues with the pump which we were aware off and is giving it to her at half the price with no labour I would say this is a stand up company when they deal with concerns from customers in this timely fashion sometimes issues occur every company has them it is how u deal with them and fix the problem in that case I am impressed with lakeside

With the pandemic we expected a delay into July but then, surprise, it arrived in April - 3 months early. The "spa special package", which I believe is unique to Lakeside, is a real bonus. Literally. I have called this company more than a dozen times looking to get a quote for a pool and landscaping. Each time I was told that I "would get a call back later that day or the next day". Yet time after time no one would ever call back or acknowledge my calls that I had made. Today was the last time I tried and I told the receptionist this would be my last time chasing down a company to give thousands of my hard earned money too. Surprise, I get a call! My first call back and what a call it was. Telling me that I was being untruthful about the conversations I had with their receptionist and they only call back people on rainy days. Are you kidding me! The last thing he said to me was " I think you should find another pool company". He's right! I will take my $100,000 esle where. Response*** I can understand with my review how you would now want to elaborate and "push" the positives of your company, all while disregarding and ignoring my review and not rectifying the issue. I never once asked for my pool to be completed this season, all I wanted was a simple QUOTE. Its funny you called me back yesterday on a day that was sunny and beautiful, while defending your absence of phone calls on weather and that you only call people back on rainy days. Regardless of what you preach about your business, I am the customer and I say you need to make some major improvements on telephone etiquette and how you book services. You missed out on $100,000 plus, in my eyes thats your loss not mine.

After doing a lot of research,we decided to purchase the 14 foot swim spa with the INFINITY EDGE and absolutely love it! The infinity edge allows for great viewing while in the spa if your lot has some. Coast Spa is the only swim spa/hot tub which has them. The swim spa allows for movement in the tub which the hot tub does not, so it can also be used for a dipping pool in the summer! Win-win if you are not sold on an in ground pool (or don't want to spend the money) and want to be able to use it all year around rather than a pool which you can only use 4 months out of the year. The build quality is excellent. It has a top quality cover which is easy to open and close and keeps the operating costs down. The finish on the tub itself is beautiful and the computer is easy to use. The jets provide a nice strong massage with seats offering different body area that it targets. They talk about the great sleep you get after being in the hot tub and it is true. It's unbelievable how much better we sleep after spending an hour or so with the massage jets on. It is so relaxing while in it and continues afterwards. Lakeside Pools staff are second to none. The service is outstanding and queries are answered and any concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. They strive to deliver a quality product/service and that's exactly what they do. We have no regrets on purchasing a Coast Spa swim spa from Lakeside Pools and highly recommend them. 1 year update: Still absolutely LOVE my swimspa. We used it as a dipping pool last summer and it was perfect. The excellent customer service continues to this day.

We recently bought an Element spa by Coast Spas. The information provided by Gerry as we were exploring our options was great and thorough and he really took the time to educate us with respect to all the different features and options. He also contacted Coast Spas to inquire about a more specific question we had which was great and appreciated. On delivery day, the first tub that showed up at our house had a surface defect and they were quick to return it to their office to replace it with another one. The delivery itself was led by Peter the owner, and his experience was really evident as he was able to navigate the hot tub to its final location through the snow, rocky sloping landscape and tight sunscreen enclosure where it was placed. It was really impressive to see them navigate this unit down that challenging path and the tub didn't get one scratch on it. They provided all training on tub usage and the tub has been operating super well since we've had it. We're very happy with our purchase as it is what we've wanted and more. We would definitely recommend Lakeside Pools and Spas to anyone looking for a quality spa purchased from a local company that really believes in great customer service.
