The inside is dirty, machines are poorly maintained, folding table in poor conditions, the staff (seem to be older family members) are at best indifferent to customers - almost rude. They charge the same per load as the place further along Princess, in the small mall at Princess & Centennial (Tim's in located in the parking lot.) Look to the back of the build, by the wine making shop). That is a nicer place to go - if you can get there.

This laundromat is a pleasure to visit. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful and the entire place is spotless. They keep their machines clean and maintained at all times. There’s a coin converting machine and debit machine and if you need help they’re always available. The best in Kingston by FAR.

If you like the owners of laundromats standing over you watching you load the machines and then telling you that they are overloaded and you need too use another machine for what was literally two sweaters and a pair of pants and I'm telling you that machine was not overloaded then go to this place... I've never had this happen at a laundromat before and once my stuff is finished in the wash I'm taking it wet and drying it out another laundromat

I haven't used a coin laundry in years, but when my washer died I went here to wash my laundry. I was highly impressed with how clean this laundromat was! The woman working was very kind & helped me figure out the commercial grade washers. She also went along and wiped down & cleaned the machines as people finished with them. Highly recommend this laundromat!

This morning a heavily perfumed woman (I actually gagged through my mask) brushed by me instead of walking around. She was not wearing a mask. Management wears a mask but seems unconcerned about social distancing. I strongly feel they should inform people about social distancing rules, enforce or at least encourage wearing of masks, and post a notice that it's a scent-free environment (perhaps difficult in a laundromat, but come on - perfume???)

Machine pulled my comforter into the machine drum and left large stain and black pull marks from rubber seal. Owners lied and claimed I brought it in that way. They refused to even attempt to clean the stain off for me which was all I was asking they do.

Terrible place with fussy delicate washers that evidently cannot handle soap bubbles - noting that a washing machine is suppose to be a heavy duty appliance capable of handling a heavy load of clothes. The cycle should be accomplished easily as in - LOAD, WASH, SPIN, RINSE, SPIN, EMPTY. Some washers offer a second rinse spin cycle. Not an overly complicated process for a washing machine to accomplish. BUT at this place, the supposedly hi tech machines have 'sensors' which in my case - they (the sensors) engaged because there were too many soap bubbles !!!!!!!!! I evidently put too much soap in and the machine could not handle the soap bubbles!!!! In addition - the owner came on to me as if I was a career criminal endangering his delicate machine that evidently cannot handle these excessive soap bubbles. End result - the load I PAID for - the washer failed to rinse, the washer failed to spin -- and I ended up leaving the establishment with soapy water laden laundry. I went and finished the job with no problem / incident at a nearby laundromat at a nearby mall (Frontenac Mall). I score this place as a one star establishment -- I would give it ZERO stars if I could but again this hi tech computer site will not allow me to score a ZERO star rating.

Very clean and well maintained the staff are very friendly and helpful they sell laundry bags and lotto tickets at the counter and also have a wash dry and fold service at reasonable prices. They have vending machines that sell drinks/snacks aswell as one that has laundry soap

Plenty of washers and dryers. There are top loaders for $2.75 as well as front loaders from $3.50 - $8.50 depending on the size you need. 25c for 5 min in the dryer. Very clean laundromat and friendly staff. Change machine, wifi & washroom available. Parking is out the front.

What a great find on Google search! We were traveling the Kingston area in our travel trailer and needed to get laundry done outside of the park laundry mat. I searched Google and this place came up with very high ratings. I can see why. The owner is here helpful and continuously cleaning the already very clean facility. We are not from the area and he was more then helpful getting me started with the process. The inside of the machines are very clean with large and extra large tubs that are available. The dryers are super capacity that get the job done quickly. Top rates for this laundry mat.
