Terrible customer service !! I have been busy with packing for a move, and on the last minute decided to try and see if I could have my curtains dry-cleaned before the move knowing it might be too close to my move-out date. So, I phoned the store to find out if it was possible to drop off the curtains and pick them up in 2 days. And the lady on the phone started going off about how I should have known better and planned better and not kept the store as an emergency plan and I had to cut her off and let her know, that I was just phoning for information! All she had to say was no, it would not be possible! Really terrible customer service from her.

Have been coming to this store over 10 years. This time they ruined my 3 piece suit. When asked them about it they completely denied it. They are the only place that I used to bring the clothes but not any more. Mistakes can happen. At least admit the responsibility. No more coming back to this store.

Terrible service. I walked in 10 minutes before closing a she threw a fit because now she was going to have to stay for another half hour. If you do not want business then get out of the business. Taking mine elsewhere let me tell you.

the worst experience in my life. I gave them two expesive t-shirts and what do they do the completely damge one of the t-shirts and didn't clean the second one. do your own laundry is waaaaaaay better then giving them to this store because they will probably damage them. and to top things over they lady over there is basically blaming the factory and not doing anything to sort this problem. she ended up giving the number so i coupd fix all the mess that she did. worst place in kingston.

Really disrespectful experience at this location. Upon picking up I was charged a $10 surcharge for "vomit" on my business jacket on top of the already expensive cost for 1 week turnaround. An unexpected and unreasonable bump in the cost. Proceeded politely by stating that it was not vomit and felt demoralized and disrespected by the assumption, and likewise the way it was handled. Amazing they don't give THEIR customers the benefit of the doubt, and instead stated that "students that vomit on their jackets won't tell me they did", insinuating that I must have vomitted on it without a doubt and just hoped they'd deal with it. Seems a strange way to approach a customer. Unbelievable. Instead of receiving an immediate refund on this I was told this could be remedied on a further purchase, which was not acceptable. Would never return and would advise against dealing with them. I walked in excited to pickup my nice jacket and walked out feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. Bad business and bad customer service. I'll tell my friends families and coworkers.
