Very friendly lady working there, but there needs to be some signs put up. Like above the dryers..saying how much time you get for money...the dryers say $1 but not how much time that gets you. There may be signs at the front im not sure, but with social distance in order especially...maybe put above the dryers "$1 = 15 mins" and the friendly lady told me that $2 is usually got for a regular load..maybe add that too? Lots of washers and dryers available and spots to sit while you wait! I will go back, but at least now I know how much it costs! Also, maybe a sign on the backdoor telling ppl not to go in and out.

Went in today, a Sunday, and the experience I had was just terrible. I walked in with my laundry, which was clearly a lot, and asked the woman what size machines were in front of me, whether they were double or triple loaders. Clearly, I needed big loaders or was looking for them and she began to tell me not to over load washers as they won't wash properly. Thanks lady, I learned that growing up when I was taught to do laundry. What I wanted to know was what size the machines were. And the looks she was giving me were horrendous. I left, after putting my clothes in the wash. Came back to put my clothes in the dryer.... As I was opening the dryer doors to designate the ones I would be using, didn't that same lady take the dryer that I was gonna use and give it to someone else. Making me put my loads in every second or third dryer. this lady made my experience just terrible. I will not be using this laundromat again. just before leaving I accidentally back door, and which I was able to realize that there are two triple loader machines that I wasn't even made aware of. this lady should not be working in customer service. She should not have any access to being a person who serves customers or the general public whatsoever. Or she just needs training all over again.

Careful when drying your clothes, if you dial up the heat your stuff will burn! Other than that, great place to do your laundry.

The place is clean, efficient. The girl working that night was excellent. Great machines, very clean. Forgot my cell phone there plugged in. Called when I got home and the girl found it and held it for me. I'd recommend this place.

Do not take your dry cleaning here!!! I dropped off a suit jacket for dry cleaning and just got it back not cleaned at all! Stained and still dirty and its too late for me to take it elsewhere. And they only take cash so i had to go back twice. Bad service all around. Especially when they won't answer their phone during business hours

Simple laundromat with lots of laundry machines and dryers. They're are rarely more than 3 other people doing laundry in the place at one time (in my experience). You can get change from the person working the desk. I always stay with my laundry but I'm sure you could leave it and go for a walk.

Don't do laundry anywhere else. Cheapest place I've been going to for years, located downtown within walking distance of most places. If you don't live within walking distance you probably have a terrible location then.

Where do I start... 1)They only had cold water which is a cheap landlord saving money on gas bill in the middle of winter 2)none of the machines run the same time leaving me to wonder which was right and did my clothes even get clean? 3 the dryer's are twice where I usually go. Came here because my usual place was packed... I'd rather wear dirty clothes The only star is for the lady working the day shift was awesome!

I used this laundromat for the first time today. I have used several in the city and this is by far the best. Very nice people, clothes came out extremely clean. I will definitely be coming back. All of the machines were in working order. Most laundromat you go to ha e machines that are out of order. I ha r definitely found my new regular place to do laundry

I just went in few minutes ago. The lady working there was literally very rude and started yelling that its just one hour left to close you have to come early. She is given a job to do and she can not yell at people because she don’t know if the other person might be busy in some other work. She was literally a very rude and racist lady. Me and my friend are brown and the white people enterting to do laundry were welcomed nicely and she yelled at us. If she don’t like her job then why is she doing it. What she is supposed to do, she should focus on that instead of yelling. It not only just ended there, she continually gave me terrific looks until I left the place. Such a pathetic lady. Bad and poor service.
