Quan and his wife have been doing about on average 20 apartments a year for the last 15+ years for me. Always does a great job. He by far is one of the most hardworking people i have ever met in my life. I dont know what i will do when he retires.

Recently had these wonderful folks in to do the carpets in my workplace (at Queen's University) and I was very impressed by the level of service provided. They were very thorough, with careful attention to detail. I tried to help move some of the furniture, but they wouldn't let me lift a finger! I just sat back and relaxed while they restored our carpets to look like new (a few nasty coffee stains had left them looking pretty grungy). On top of their professionalism, they are also great folks to chat with; a couple of real sweethearts! Would not hesitate to highly recommend Carpet Magic to anyone - commercial or residential. ????????????

I met Quan 37 years ago when we both worked at Carpet Magic (formerly owned by Bill and Ann Robertson). Quan came from Vietnam on a boat leaving his family behind to come and prepare for a better life for himself and family. I remember him having 2 or 3 jobs to save for the day when they, too, would arrive here safely. I remember clearly the day he received word his wife and children had arrived in Canada. Quan eventially purchased Carpet Magic and continued on with running the business. I can't say enough great words about Quan. He has an amazing work ethic and is one of the hardest working men I know. When I last met him, he was hoping to retire but see he is still at it :) I hope you can retire soon, Quan, and enjoy your well-deserved vacation. Dawn Boulianne :)

Quan's Carpet Magic cleaned my large, heavy white oriental carpet several times over the past 20 years. They do an amazing job, and returned the carpet much cleaner than any other service I have used. They clean both the surface and the back of these densely hooked carpets to ensure all dirt is lifted. I have now moved from Kingston, and I miss their marvelous service.
