Worst experience ever, never showed for appts. Horrendous customer service. Do not waste your time here. It will be the biggest headache of your life. Cancel three appts and no call with no explanations.

The prices are reasonable but the service is some of the worst I have ever seen. Pam was very nice but I had to call back over 10 times to find out that I would not be getting my order as they forgot to pick it up from their warehouse in Toronto twice over the course of two weeks. I have now had to cancel the insulation of my pool and re book it for two weeks later. I have since placed an order with Pool Supplies Canada.

Horrible customer service. They sent one of their staff to my house for a quote on a pool renovation/repair. And that was the last I heard from them. I called twice as well as went to the store in person. No apology for not returning phone calls just more promises that they will get back to me which never happens. I will never cross their threshold again as it's clear they don't want my business.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a safety cover and didn't show up for three years despite frequent calls and dropping in the sales staff kept saying it's on it's way. I had to contact the owner directly to get any kind of service. My family and I use to get all of our chemicals and supplies here but not now. I have heard belleville aquabay is better to deal with.

Use to go to aqua bay when it was in the smaller place...since they have taken over the old pioneer place there service is horrible. I use to put faith in what they told us to do...back in the day the customer service there was amazing. Over the past 2 years I have noticed a horrible decline in service and have felt they are trying to line their pockets rather than being helpful. I hadd my water tested this year and was sold 50.00 of chemicals. I was assured it would correct the problem of cloudy bottom of my pool. We asked when to put the chemicals in as well as the order so it wouldn't cause further issues (we even had him write it down). My problem has NEVER gotten better, it only worsened and all the levels are off the chart....we took another sample in and we're told we needed more chemicals. I spoke up and said how unaccountable their staff was and how unimpressed I was. Needless to say I won't ever go back their again. Horrible all around

Ask to deal with a odd situation at work. A large cat entered a hot tub thro an open service hole and managed to get him self stuck in there. Unable to access the cat or get it to come out , I called Aqua Bay. Great service!!! Quick and professional. Thanks for the help.

My husband and I won't go anywhere else! We love the service we get when we walk in the store. Always greeted with a smile and it never ceases to amaze me how much knowledge they have. Always willing to give advice and help even if it means they won't make any money. We've been to a couple other places in the area and Aqua Bay, by far, exceeds expectations. Really bad service! I have a broken hot tub which I wanted to get repaired. After a few calls and going into the store they finally booked a guy to come and have a look at it. I had already explained all the problems to them, so I thought they would come to just see the specific parts that needed replacing. While there I asked if they could pump out my pool for me. They said that wouldn't be a problem. After rescheduling twice, a guy came and spent 5 minutes looking at it and did not pump out my pool. A couple of weeks later I get a bill for over $100. I was still waiting to hear from Aquabay to see if it could be repaired. I understand that there should be a call out fee, but $100 for 5 minutes when he didnt do what we had agreed seems a bit expensive. I called twice and went into aquabay and they didn't seem very interested in telling me how much it would cost to fix the hot tub. After 2 weeks I called the office to Belleville to complain. I was told the owner would call me back, but a week later I'm still waiting...... If you want a place that actually cares about helping out its customers try a different place.

Worst experience ever! Numerous calls with no return calls. Missed appointments, showed up unprepared with appropriate servicing parts. When we finally, after more than three months trying to work with these people, went to their store. Upon arrival we were told getting a bill for services would take two hours, however on insistence they eventually produced a bill. Stay away
