I have used JUST LIKE NEW cleaning for 2 years. The owner is fantastic and listens to what you need. After the first few times all her girls knew how I liked things. They are on time, everyone is pleasant and easy to get along with. Cleaning is not an easy job, I agree communication is important, otherwise you can end up disappointed. It is up to the client to voice what they need done & express concerns if any, at the time they are on site if possible. I have referred "JUST LIKE NEW" to others & again they were in awe at how well their home looked afterwards. What you start with determines the end product. I give them the time they need which is usually 1-1/2 hours to 3 hours & if more is required they can stay or I rebook. The owner is very conscientious, friendly, trustworthy & her staff is great. I know I couldn't clean my own home in 2 hours & have it up to "my standards" so I don't expect it out of them. But every time they exceed my expectations. You can't expect your home to look like a picture from a magazine unless you keep your home close to what your expectations are. Keeping your home relatively clean in between visits is generally what most people do. If you can't or don't then don't expect it to be magically transformed by any cleaning company unless you are willing to give them the time & pay the price. The rates are reasonable, never have I had to call them back. Thank you for all your hard work!!!! I APPRECIATE IT MORE THAN YOU KNOW!! Great job yesterday C ????????????. Signed on for a 3 time cleaning with this business, and the first time was great. From there on, the communication was awful, they didn't do what was asked, and didn't stay for the entire time we paid for. I'd suggest to go elsewhere!
