We are very happy with the service. Mercy and Bee are the owners of their franchise and they are extremely efficient and very friendly and likeable. Most important... they do a great job and when anything is not up to standard by one of the other cleaners, Mercy gets it corrected100% and is very anxious to do so. Mercy wants to know if things are good or if something is not ... and she is always improving the standards of her unit. The other totally wonderful thing is that the group are really honest and trustworthy. We've had experiences in years gone by where this hasn't been the case. Signed one year contract. Asked for someone to overseed, do some landscaping .. was told that he would come over to estimate. Never heard anything at all from him, ever. Theres a job your company lost. Now the snow… snow was taken from my driveway and put up against neighbors garage, also, left a snow ridge along the side of my house covering my basement window. When I reported this, he came back and just removed the snow from my window, and left the rest. I have a narrow driveway.. and I want my driveway clean. fortunately, my neighbors daughter ( who works with you ) came and took some away … I do not like the feeling of being dismissed in not getting what was told to me. I have expressed my feelings with Marc, he knows how I feel.. I will live up to the contract , however, if this does not rectify itself, I will be looking for another company in the spring.

The crews generally do a good job and are reliable. When I have had concerns (not frequently by any means) they were dealt with quickly. I also enjoy the fact that Class A does a number of things in both summer & winter, so it's sort of "one stop shopping."
