I prepaid for an A/C unit and installation from Energy Tech. After my payment processed, the owner sent an email stating they would not provide the service and would refund my payment. After looking at my bank statement, I saw that the entire amount I paid was not refunded. I contacted Energy Tech who told me they would not give me the entire amount I paid. So, no service, and they pocketed a portion of my money. I will definitely not refer Energy Tech to anyone.

Condescending office staff, poor service and poor customer service. I would deter anyone from using this company for anything. If they were anywhere but kenora they would be out of business

Excellent, professional furnace service by a friendly technician. We have Energy Tech come in to do our furnace clean and check ever year.

Final bill was almost twice the initial quote. Not sure why I bothered with asking what it would cost. Workers did a decent job on site. Just ensure you have extra cash on hand if dealing here.
