Robin (the owner) came to our home and was quick to measure the rooms and give me a quote before he started cleaning. He first vacuumed and took so much dust and dirt out of the underlay.. I had no idea we were walking on so much dust... his vacuum was incredible and Obviously much better than my Dyson V10. He cleaned our white Berber carpet in 3 bedrooms and two well-used flights of stairs. He was able to treat our carpet with something that took the smell of animal urine out (our dog had an accident after having a surgery) and made all our carpets look brand new again. He was very educated in what he was doing and answered my questions in a clear and concise manner. He was also very courteous and professional around our 4 children. We will be hiring Robin to come back every year or two to give our carpets a good vacuum and cleaning.

We tried Oxy Dry after many attempts with traditional carpet cleaning services. Our beloved Labrador Retriever has done a number on our aging carpets and we are wanting to preserve them a bit longer until we can do some renovations and change the flooring. Robin came out to our house and provided amazing service - he is thorough and very careful with our belongings. I especially like the "all in" pricing estimates up front. You know what you're getting, and know there are no additional fees. We're really impressed with the outcome. Several weeks after the carpets being cleaned, and they are still as clean as when Robin left. Other services we've used have temporary impact, but the dirt just seems to come back to the surface of the carpet after 1-2 weeks. I would recommend Oxy Dry and we will only use this in future. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the services from this company were not up to par or what I expected judging from other reviews. I needed 4 dining chairs cleaned, I explained over the phone that they were quite dirty and to bring the best cleaning equipment. The guy who came was an hour late, showed up with a bucket, some spray and a scrub brush. There was no improvement to the furniture, he basically came and got them soaking wet, left my floor wet and left. He only charged $20 for the 4, which is nice considering he quoted me $15 a chair, but I honestly could have done a better job myself with a steamer and some good cleaner. I just expected more from a company with such great reviews! Will be looking into a different outfit to get the chairs done properly :(

This is the first time I've never use a dry system and is far as I experienced it's the best. I had some pretty dirty carpet in some areas that I was almost sure wasn't going to come clean. I was very impressed with the outcome and the carpet went from old and dirty looking with pet stains to looking almost like new with no more pet stains! Another thing I liked was that the carpets were dry in a much shorter time than the other types of carpet cleaning I've used and there was no moldy smell afterwards. I was also very happy with how the stairs turned out as they were in pretty bad shape and was thinking about replacing the carpet but now it looks like new! I would recommend that if you have never tried Oxy-Dry you might want to as Robin actually gets the carpet cleaner and makes it look much newer... I was amazed! Thank you! Richard L

Rob and Steve did a great job bringing life back into our carpet. They managed to get some rust stains left behind by a metal table. The Oxy clean system made less sound then our vacuum and it was all dry within an hour. I also thought they have the best web site for explaining how the system works through the use of video.

My cream coloured fabric sofa and loveseat were spot cleaned mainly on the arms and the part continuing down to the floor and the next day, the arms and another spot had turned a very obvious yellow color. After googling the internet, I decided to try Oxy-Dry. I told them what happened and decided to get the entire sofa and loveseat cleaned by them. I am so glad I did. There was a huge improvement. Several days later, when the lighting was just right, I noticed one arm still had a yellowish tinge to it. I called them and they came out today and re-sprayed the arm and a couple of other places that they pointed out to me, with a special formula that hopefully, when dry, will have removed the yellow. These guys are very professional and know their stuff and I highly recommend them.

Arrived at the arranged time, measured the spaces to be cleaned quickly and didn't charge us for areas not done (cleaned around the beds and not under them) which was great. This was a rental for us, they managed to remove stains that were there when we moved in so the carpets were cleaner when we left than when we shifted in. Both guys were very professional and courteous, the work performed was of the highest standard and everything was dry in a couple of hours. There was no lingering wet smell afterwards, even the stairs they did made the pile on the carpet stand up again. I would definitely use these guys again

Robin did a fantastic job cleaning our wool carpet. It had been 11 years since it was last done and looks brand new. Also he made a valiant attempt to take a horrible blue gooey laundry soap stain out of our laundry room/closet! You really have to know it was there to see it. He came on time and gave me an estimate before starting. Excellent job, would highly recommend Oxy-Dry, carpet was dry in about 1 hour! My Mom also uses Oxy-Dry for her wool large area rug.

Not only do they perform a fantastic service, Robin is a complete professional and its obvious he takes his trade very seriously. He's also a wealth of information regarding the type of carpet you have, as well as the type of vacuum that works best on your carpet. Twice a year for the last 5 years we have used Robin and Oxy-Dry to clean the carpets in our home. He does a superb job AND the carpets stay clean for several months! No soaked carpet, no soaked underpad, his ozone system is wonderful! He measures the rooms and hall, gives us a price and away he goes. The vacuuming he does first shows us how much dirt and dog hair he is able to pull up from the carpets that our own vacuum cleaner missed! UGH!!! Then he sets about to clean the carpets. Within an hour or so after he leaves, the carpets are dry and clean. We always wait 2 hours or so before we walk on them and keep the dog OUT of the carpeted area for the rest of the day; or at least TRY to keep the dog out! Robin is friendly, knowledgeable not only about carpets but also gave us some great advice to clean the tile grout in our kitchen floor! I wouldn't use anyone else and have recommended him to others who were also very pleased with the work.

Professional, friendly, and most of all they deliver on what their YouTube videos promise/show. They were able to get some really bad “pet stains” out of the carpet. Reasonably priced. We are very pleased with the service and final results we have received from Oxy-Dry. We had an oil stain that no other carpet cleaning company that we've tried could remove. It would appear to be gone but would resurface after a week or two. Robin and Steven from Oxy-Dry successfully removed it two years ago and we have not had a problem with it since. It's for this reason that we have chosen Oxy-Dry to continue to do the annual maintenance cleaning on our carpets and area rugs. Also, the finish that they do afterward really seems to help keep the carpets cleaner for longer afterward. We highly recommend this company!
