Love these guys! And not just because they have great legs! Seriously, I've used Men in Kilts in both Calgary and the Okanagan and I have zero complaints. They've done windows at 4 different homes, from condos to large houses with massive windows and blinds. The rates are reasonable and the guys are always friendly, professional, respectful, fast, careful and do an incredible job every single time. They're worth every penny. We used their service last summer and were not very pleased. We have a lakefront property and are very particular about the cleanliness of our house and after much deliberation my husband and I decided to go with Men in Kilts due to their neat vehicles and aggressive marketing. We where under the impression they would be the best in town, however we were extremely disappointed. After a few issues with scheduling and a missed appointment they finally made it. Their crew was in a rush to get to another project and didn't do a very good job on our windows. They left streak marks everywhere..Unfortunately we didn't notice until their crew had already left the premise as the sun wasn't quite up yet on our sunny side. When we contacted their office they mentioned they would contact us to arrange and revisit the premise to fix the issues however we never heard back. For the amount of money that we were charged which was substantially more then what we've paid in the past we are very disappointed by the poor quality of service.

After a hot smoky summer and missing window cleaning last summer I looked out on a bright fall day and thought oh my gosh look at our dusty dirty windows both inside and out!!! I called Men In Kilts and I am thrilled , when I look out ,and see the exceptional clear and clean glass from every room in the house , including the glass on our deck . We’ve used Men In Kilts before and will use them every single time !! Fast, efficient, and they go up ladders to the third story of our house which I would never even consider.. This is money well spent for amazing quality work, risk-free to the homeowner for those that might want to do such cleaning themselves, and go up ladders. I would say: skip the ladders, and hire Men In Kilts, you’ll be thrilled every time you look out and at your crystal clear windows

Men in Kilts was hired to clean our condo windows. Two of my four windows were cleaned well and the other two looked like a very poor job. I notified the property manager who contacted them and they offered to redo them. Then I realized what happened is MIK had actually missed doing them completely.....no wonder it looked like a terrible job. They returned on the specified date and did a fabulous job. Our gutters were clogged even though it hadn’t been long since the last cleaning. The employee saw that they didn’t need a full cleaning, just the downspouts needed to be done. So he installed downspout covers and significantly reduced the price of the cleaning. Should last longer now. Very happy with the services from this company.

Complete waste of my time. Booked an appointment for moss removal and gutter cleaning which they failed to show up for. Called to ask why and they told me they had decided to rebook all of their moss removal jobs for several months later (but not tell me). They sent someone else to requote the job and rebook and now the price had gone up by $50 or so. When they finally showed up a few months later they told me they couldn’t do the job because their insurance had changed and they aren’t insured to walk on my roof. Apparently they couldn’t clean my gutters either because they didn’t bring the right ladder. They offered to clean a small section of my roof and then told me I should call someone else to do the rest of the roof and gutters. Beyond frustrated that I wasted months of my time waiting for this appointment that they couldn’t even complete.

He did an excellent job cleaning the windows & cleaning the gutters. He completed everything in a timely manner & you could tell he was experienceed at his craft. After completing the job he checked with us again to ensure we were happy with the completed product. If there were any concerns he either resolved it himself or got work authorized by his boss immediately.. They couldn't have been more accommodating. .

This is the 3rd time using Men in Kilts and they are awesome! My 1st time was after I had back surgery and said that's it get the Men in Kilts. They totally do a great cleaning job of cleaning, not just the glass but the whole window or glass unit! What they do as a team in 1 hour would take me several hours not to mention the muscular discomfort afterwords especially doing the balcony glass panels and the 2nd floor windows. Some women treat themselves to the Spa .......this is my treat! I really recommend the Men in Kilts !
