We hired Grime Fighters for a maid service while we had our house up for sale and they did an outstanding job in just a few short hours. Once our house sold we had them come back and do a full Move out clean and once again they nailed it, they do amazing work at a great price. The staff were very friendly yet extremely professional and efficient. We cant thank you enough for helping us make these steps into our next transition of life easier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will absolutely be seeing you guys again.

A supremely positive experience. We needed immediate attention on a Sunday and a late night call the evening before, Grime Fighters said, although fully booked, they could fit us in. Which they did and in the time they said the cleaning could be done, it was. The new buyer was able to move in later that day to a fully clean apartment. Thanks Jeremy!!!!

I had booked Grime Fighters for a post renovation cleaning last week. After being 20mins late I called the company and they had written the wrong time on the work order, even though the contract said the correct time. I was fine with them showing up a little later around 3pm. I called the company again at 3:30pm and no answer. They knew we had company coming over that evening and wanted the place done by then. I called again at 5:30 and no answer and no call back. I left a message saying to call me and let me know if you can make it so I could make another arrangements. I never got a call back! I was very disappointed with this company. Not reliable at all and very bad customer service! I had booked them based on their reviews and was surprised at the lack of customer service. I still haven’t received a phone call for any explanation as to what happened.

Amazing service! We hired Grime Fighters to do a move-out cleaning service for 12th of this month. (The previous tenants decided to leave the rental property mid month and not only left the place a complete disaster but gave us no notice.) Grime Fighters was so accommodating and very understanding to our time sensitive situation. Amanda took the time to go over the state of the property and create a quote so we had an idea of what we were expecting. I am so glad we decided not just book based on the cheapest option available, but rather do our research and book based on the best company available. This was the first time we used this company and I was completely stunned at the job they did. It was like a brand new rental suite. Immaculate. The smell was completely gone and it was ready to be rented for the 15th. I don't usually post reviews but there is a reason why Grime Fighters is the top rated cleaning company in Kelowna. Their cleaners are extremely professional and thorough. We are completely satisfied with their services. Thanks so much again. We definitely recommend this company and will be using them again as our Go-to cleaners in the future.

My employer uses these guys to clean our offices so I knew they already do good work and thought what better way to take a load of me while preparing for the in-laws to arrive.
