I would recommend Clean Reflections to anyone who needs their home or rental property cleaned. Communication is very easy and they are very accommodating. Their rates are very competitive and they give a realistic estimate of how long the cleaning will take. Other companies have quoted twice as long (and therefore twice as much) for the same service. I created a list of cleaning and tasks to be completed and have never had any issues. They are very accommodating with scheduling and last minute booking when I’ve need them as well. All my reviews have mentioned how clean the place is. They are always trusted to show up on time and get the job done. If something doesn’t go according to plan, they have always been very transparent in dealing with the issues. They are very accommodating with special request as well. When I was first looking for a cleaning company, I was apprehensive about having someone come into our home that I didn't know. I talked to Sabrina and she was very up front about their security measures, as well as gave me information about types of cleaning products available to be used, cleaning lists to help guide what we wanted cleaned, time requirements, etc. Her crew has been cleaning my house bi-weekly now for over six months and she is always on top of communicating with us, the house is always clean as expected, and in great time! She always lets me know if it took less time than anticipated and only charges me for that time. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend.
