I made arrangements with Mabel to come today (October 5.2018) at 12ish. She messaged me in the morning and asked if they can come early this was around 8:30 I said sure no problem but I was sitting down to have breakfast. She said they will come around 12 I said whenever you would like but we will be leaving the house at 9:30 and the key is there for them to get in the house. By 3:30 she still hadn’t shown up. I called earlier at 1:30 no answer left a message. Called at 3:30 and got no response again. Left a message on her Facebook messenger no reply.

Most UNPROFESSIONAL service provider I have ever worked with. Mabel, the owner, disappeared on me right after the first cleaning, after confirming that she will be completing our upcoming requested dates, which ended up leaving me stuck last minute with a dirty house with a guest who's supposed to be staying, when she was actually supposed to complete a cleaning a few days prior. Since then she has literally been ignoring phone calls, text messages and emails! So disappointing.

I have to say my experience with Mabel has been extremely unprofessional. I came across her company through a facebook posting I did in the Georgina area inquiring about cleaning services. She came ot home, and was very pleasant, emailed me the next day with her WSIB clearance certificate etc. The girls came and did clean the house well. On Feb 20, they came , they cleaned however did not book another appointment so I called Mabel on the Feb 24. Asking her if we are schedule for March 6, and can we move the time to 1pm, also sending her an email as well. She said no problem and also said if you want the girls to do anything just leave a note asking them too. As i notice the stand for my toothbrush was not being cleaned. She advise me because it was a personal item an some people are funny with that, only asked will they clean. I said ok, that's understandable. Oh let me add I asked of the girls could clean out the fridge and if there's an extra cost, she said she thinks it's $25 but will get back to me. Still waiting on that response. So March 6, came along not only did they show up at 9.... I left specific instructions to clean the 2 toothbrush holders. I came home it wasn't done, called her left a message along with an emails, along with a photo, asking her if this looks clean to you? I left a message, called her even at her store in keswick and NOTHING! So to say the least I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Mabel is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and simply could not do what I asked of her team.

Best Cleaning service I have received in over 15 years!!! They were recommended to me by a close friend. I was initially apprehensive because of bad experiences in the past as well as recent major hikes in prices. Valet Cleaning Services came through with competitive prices. They were the most professional, hard working and detailed housekeepers I've had in the past 15 years. They went above and beyond. Every part of the house was cleaned and neatly organized. They left little touches like little stickers on toilet paper, cleaning dishes out of the sink, picking up lost items, organizing and so much more. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has high standards.
