We discovered our older dog had a habit of not always heading for the door to be let out but found the living room carpet as an alternative! I dropped the rug off - could not wait for Russ to pick it up, boy did it smell. We renovated the room top to bottom and were worried that the carpet would not survive and return with that smell. Russ did a FANTASTIC JOB! The room has returned to normal and no smell, no stains just our rug back. Tx Russ great job!

This is a highly-recommended business. The owner-operator engages in prompt, honest communication, and does excellent work. Russ has cleaned a variety of items for us including a set of couch cushions, two synthetic Persian rugs, and two 100% wool Persian rugs. The cleaning wasn't what I expected. Make sure you get them to view the premises for an estimate - quotes over the phone are nowhere close to the actual by the time he walks out the door. Pre-viewing by them will give you a better idea of what you can expect both in dollars and cleaning results. Knowing all this now, I would not have wasted the $ to have the carpet look the same before and after. In hindsight, it would have made more sense to put the cleaning dollars toward new flooring. I cannot award more than 2 ????'s since this situation was partially my doing by not insisting on pre-viewing and quoting. Live and learn!!!!
