I had the Cleaning Guy in to Zebra protect our new couch when it was delivered. Booking was easy and personable. They arrived as scheduled, were efficient, polite and able to answer all of my questions regarding care. I feel the service to be of good value and will definitely be calling them again for future services !

We had the Cleaning Guy Inc clean the ducts in our home as the rules for isolation during the pandemic were loosening. I have to say that the staff who came out were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they take every precaution from a health and safety standpoint but they also completely protected my home from any damage from the equipment used to clean the ducts. They were polite, considerate and efficient, but above all, very professional. This is the third time I have hired The Cleaning Guy Inc. The first two times I had them do fabric protection for my new furniture, pillows and carpeting. Each time they have not failed to impress. I would highly recommend.

An amazing business ethic. Kudos to Mike Holmes and the folks at The Cleaning Guy. There was an unfortunate glitch when my rug was first cleaned. When Mike Holmes became aware of this he was extremely proactive in correcting the problem. His group recleaned and treated my rug and Mike even personally delivered it. The rug looks great! I am now an extremely happy customer and am so impressed with all of the efforts that were made to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this fine group of professionals.

We had just recently moved into a home that was left in a poor condition. The previous owner had decided that once he had sold that he was free to smoke in the home. This left a very stale and concerning odour for us as we moved in. We hired The Cleaning Guy to complete a full vent clean and sanitization on our system. We were extremely impressed with the promptness of Dylin and his team, their respect for our property and the completed work. Our home is clean and smells brand new. The Cleaning Guy Inc. was recommended to us by Imperial Carpet & Home, from whom we have purchased several rugs and carpets for our home, including hand knotted wool & silk rugs. The Cleaning Guy employees are professional, courteous, well trained and competent. They took great care of our rugs and made a sincere effort to ensure our complete satisfaction. We once made the mistake of going to a large well known company to clean a rug and now greatly regret that decision (please check out my review of that company). I will never again trust anyone else for carpet, rug and furniture cleaning.

RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! If I could give the place less than one star I would. I brought my VERY expensive rug here to be cleaned because of a tiny stain. The entire rug (previously cream colored) was returned to me ORANGE. The owner was incredibly rude, gaslit me to infer I was either color blind or had made up the damage. For the love of rugs AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
