I do not recommend using this company!!! Booked with Linda 1 month before thanksgiving as I knew it would be a busy time for them. After 4 or 5 emails back and forth, she replied with “ok, see you on October 5th just after 1”. I realized the morning of the appointment that she never asked me for my address (only what city I was in). I emailed her my address and called her with a voicemail of the same information. No response and 4 calls later I finally got a hold of her. She said she didn’t have my address so she figured I didn’t want to go ahead with it...despite that our last correspondence indicated otherwise! Now I have over 30 people coming and I don’t have time to clean. Why she didn’t follow up in the 4 weeks prior to tell me that she was missing information is terrible customer service. If you order pizza, it’s their responsibility to ask all the right questions to fulfill the order, not the customer. She said she has lots of regular customers that she’s busy with and didn’t have time to follow up with me...in 4 weeks?! Can’t comment on her cleaning services but terrible etiquette and customer service!!
