Driver was courteous and knowledgable but the price was crazy! I paid $185 for getting a cubic meter of grey water pumped out! No one told me the price first. I would not have done it had I known! ASK FOR THE PRICE FIRST!

Very friendly driver and super easy to book appointment. Reasonable price too. HOWEVER, thier payment machine wasn't working during the onsite visit so I was asked to call and provide payment over the phone. I was called away for a family issue, a few things slipped my mind. I just received a call from an employee pretending to be from a Collections Agency requesting payment. UNBELIEVABLE. Great service, reasonable price and very courteous but don't be deceitful. It never is beneficial and is now part of my experience with your company. Too bad.

Shepherd provided us with an efficient septic system to replace our inefficient holding tank. The whole team was very professional, efficient and courteous. Always willing to share the project status. We had some challenges and Mike (owner) was supporting his team to ensure safe and great installation. They left the premises better than what it was ensuring the road was filled with topsoil due to the trucks and machineries tracks. Overall pleased with the completed project on time. I had my septic tank pumped out today and the driver was amazing! He did three of us on my street, he answered all our questions about our septic system and we learned a lot from him. I called to ask if I could have something set up and I didn’t even make it past talking to the “woman” at the front desk. Extremely bad customer service, she definitely belongs in the back of a restaurant or something where she doesn’t have to communicate with anyone. I will never suggest them to a family member or friend and I will definitely never ever be using them. I’d rather pay 1000 dollars than give them business. They should be ashamed of themselves as a business. Disgusted.
