Rainbow International of Oshawa came to my rescue on the evening before I was listed my home for sale after I found water dripping down below my ELECTRICAL PANEL!! When we had a massive flood at the Smokehouse we called Jim from rainbow He had his crew here so fast and the started to pump the water out and then dry with huge fans .it was bad 5 inches of water so jim had to cut the drywall away install special drying units into rhe walls and insure no mould would grow .within days we were back open and you coukd not tell where walls were replaced or repaired .Rainbow saved our store and we will never dorget the way he took over and worked with insurance so we could get back to smokeing again..Thanks to Jim and his crew they truly are great at what they do. Had a damp moldy smell in my basement. Jim used some amazing equipment to detect and analyze the problem - infra-red scanner, moister percent analysis of suspicious areas, that sort of thing. He detected that moisture was too high one wall, likely from a foundation crack. He stripped down the wall to bare concrete, found the crack plus a clogged drain from the wash machine, fixed both, and recommended the outer wall be re-parged. Doing this we discovered faulty weeping tiles that needed replacing, saving a possible huge foundation repair down the road. Then Jim said that a whole different area of the basement "looked suspicious" and asked if he could inspect above the ceiling. The ceiling was holding up a few gallons of water that had been collecting from frost damage to the outside patio stones. Again the cost of repair was far less than it would have been to correct the damage if left undetected. I would recommend you call Rainbow even if you have just a slight musty smell anywhere in your house. They can easily save you thousands!

Finding water in your basement & not knowing where it's coming from is stressful. Jim was great - gave us steps to take before he arrived, showed up on time, and used tools to find where the source of the problem was before knocking out any walls. The problem water pipe was exposed with the least amount of tear out as possible, while still allowing the inside of the wall to dry. We called on a Saturday evening, and the problem was fixed & areas dry by Tuesday afternoon.

AMAZING! Went into my basement and saw and smelt mould on the drywall. Called Rainbow, they came in and did a mould test, and found out I had a small leak that had been going on for a while that had moistened behind the walls which lead to mould! Rainbow was able to find all the mould, remediate it and then reconstruct all the damaged walls to bring it back to how it was before! They were great to communicate with, very reasonably priced and very quick! I will be recommending to everyone I know dealing with mould! Thanks again Jim!

Jim is "the man" and I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat! I had mould in my bathroom from a leaking shower stall. I am highly sensitive to mould and was experiencing severe headaches, muscle and joint pain and brain fog. I had been trying to contact other companies for days, the ones that advertised 24/7 emergency service, thinking that would be my quickest bet. Not ! Instead I got no call backs, or wouldn't come for a week or send pics and they could give a rough quote. Days later I thought I'd hit up google again desperate to find a company and found Rainbow International. Called once, explained the problems , Jim asked questions to better understand to scope of work. He was at my property in less than 18 hours, got the job done and was thousands less than the only quote I could get from site unseen and from pictures. My pain is gone, my house is mould free and safe again for my family. Thank you so much Jim and Taylor! If I ever have water problems again I will only EVER call this company.

After a contractor fell thru the ceiling, I called Jim for help. He was at my house in minutes and had the mess of broken sheet rock and insulation cleaned up, and the hole temporarily patched so I wasn't losing all the heat into my attic.
