Once I made a decision to get our carpets cleaned I reached out to PCC for a quote. Just moments following that initial phone call I received an email of the quote, I was impressed. The customer service characterized by clear and consistent communication was refreshing and very impressive. Mike did do a great job of cleaning our carpets! He even returned to deal with a stain that had reappeared following the carpets drying. The stain was removed quickly and completely. PCC is absolutely incredible! Mike from the get go was trusting and honest professional. Having two kids, a dog and cat he was able to clean all of our carpets and rugs. He also gave great advice for upkeep of our white fabric dinning room chairs (kids = stains). Above all else he was able to get pesky (and embarrassing) dog pee out that was a huge pain of ours. I would highly recommend this service to anyone wanting a fresh clean and healthier home. We most certainly we’ll be using again, thanks for everything Mike!

Highly recommend Peterborough Carpet Care. Hired to deep clean our large basement and the high-traffic area of our master bedroom. We have 2 golden retrievers with a baby on the way and wanted to get the carpets baby ready. Mike completed detailed treatments on our carpets including disinfection and pet stain removal. He moved all of our pieces of furniture to get every inch. I wish I had taken before pictures. The house already smells so fresh! Mike also walked me through and provided a quote to stretch and fix our carpets. Thank you for making our carpets baby safe and ready for our next stage!

I have used Peterborough Carpet Care twice now and I can't emphasize on how incredibly amazing they are. They call you the next day to make sure you are impressed with the work. I had a very small issue with the upholstery cleaning one gentleman did (wasn't a big deal and I was just going to not bother with it) and Heather was very insistent that Mike come back to assess it and did a spot treatment and Voila!!! They sure stand by their business of 100% customer satisfaction. Very friendly and professional. I don't think I have ever come across a business so courteous. Highly, highly recommend them.

Over the course of a couple of months stains starting appearing and we started researching places to get our Rug cleaned. I reached out to Heather and she was fantastic. Dropped off my rug on a specific day, was told it would be ready in a very reasonable time, picked it up all nicely wrapped up.
