Terrible cleaning service. Took all the details of the house on the phone prior to cleaning and gave us a price quote. On the day of the clean, they decided the house was too large and to clean the entire house, the price would triple. Ended up paying what was previously agreed upon over the phone with not even 50% of the house cleaned. Lastly, do not provide your credit card information as they will charge the bill directly to it after the service without informing you.

Merry Maids did an absolute fabulous job in my home. I hired them for a major cleaning as I was hosting something in my home. The girls were so pleasant and thorough. They cleaned places one doesn't normally think of cleaning (or can reach). I didn't ask them too, but they even cleaned the TOP of my cupboards!! I was so pleased with the job they did, that I hired them to do my mother's home.

We have been using the services of Merry Maids for years now. They are efficient and can clean the house in a lot less time than me and they leave the house immaculate. I would appreciate having the same person or alternating between two people rather than circulating through six different cleaners. The cleaners are always open to constructive suggestions and if we only had to deal with two different people it would just make that all the more convenient. We would be able to have a better rapport with the cleaners. That being said, we are very pleased with Merry Maids.

For the most part, their cleaning is top notch!!! I really like that they do their utmost best to send the same person consistently. I must say all the ladies that have come to clean did a superb job!!!!!!

Terrible is not a good way to review this company. If you are looking for a cleaning service, this company is not for you. I had Merry Maids Clean my house for less than 1 year.... During that time I thought things were good and when I found little problems I was able to communicate with them and they would respond to my calls quickly. I had stopped their service because I was no longer working, and quickly discovered that they were not in fact "cleaning" my house at all! Merry Maids will surface clean, dust a little and vacuum. They would clean bathrooms, but things were not really clean. When I cleaned under my son's bed the first time after letting them go I discovered a lot of items and when I questioned my son, he told me that was from a year ago! Dust was every where, there was cleaner spray build up on the walls and nothing was ever moved. There was no effort or care put in to the cleaning of my home and we paid A LOT of money (more than other cleaning services charged). If you are looking to just maintain your home, hire them, they will do the basic work, but expect no more. If you want a company who will actually clean your home, don't bother, they are terrible. And that is how you review this company!

Always on time and bring own equipment. We can cancel or change dates or times with notice as needed. Cleaners are careful and do a good job.

The quality of the cleaning work is on par with what I expected. The maids usually show-up on time. I will be advised if they are running late which is usually weather related and totally understandable this winter.
