Wonderful service! Can't thank you enough. Good service at a super price! I wasn't even charged for the first "leak evaluation" visit even though it was Saturday after 7 pm! I was given a verbal quote and when it came time to pay they stuck to the quoted price! So very thankful! Note to Monika's review. Dear Monika I noticed you have only done 2 reviews and both were negative with 1 star. I find myself wondering if the bad attitude was actually your own attitude being reflected back at you?

Laurenson's were amazing! They were professional, reasonable and exceptional. I had tried so many things to unclog my pipes, but nothing worked. I called Laurenson's and they came within hours. They explained in detail, why I could not get to the clog (it was a tree root or several), which was my presumption also. It took about 3-4 hours and my pipes were cleared. They used all of the correct protocols while here, during the pandemic. The price was better than anyone else had offered, by far! I would recommend this home town/small town 'mom and pop' operation. Let's keep our honest folks working and our small town businesses in business. I was so overjoyed with this service, I just had to write about it.

A couple months ago, I was visiting my elderly Mom & Pa in Lindsay, (live on Vancouver Island), and found a backed up sewer when I arrived. Called a couple companies but no response. When I left a message for Laurenson Sewer Service at 7AM, they called me within the hour, and then responded by inquiring what I knew about the problem. Once they had the story, they confirmed what the issue was and set to work with their equipment until completed. Within an hour, our sewer was verified good to go. They cleaned up behind them and charged a very fair rate. Today, my Mom called them to assist with a toilet issue; they responded in less than an hour, and were done in minutes. They also checked on their previous work to make sure all was still good. When Ma went to pay them, they said "It's ok, no charge." Well- what can I say? I'm in BC now so couldn't do much from here to help Ma, but these two did. A couple, working together with their shared trade. Wow- what a cool story. These two are professional trades-people, and care about their clients even more than their compensation. Take care you two and thank-you for your kindness and professional trades work-ethic.
