Found a leak in my old water heater. A friend recommended Kelsey's. I was surprised when they said on the phone they could come in a few hours same day. Young felluh showed up at the earliest time they said he might. Friendly, knowledgable, strong, adept, quick, muscled the old one out and up the stairs no problem. Had the new one in and all hooked up and i had new hot water by supper time. And done very well within the cost of what i'd say was very reasonable. Wow!

Great people, honest service and knowledgeable, so if you feel you're mechanically inclined he will walk you through step by step with great detail. Old hot water tank had a slow leak. We called Kelsey's Plumbing and they came the very next day with new hot water tank. Technician was great and replaced and removed the old tank in our crawl space. Great, friendly service and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this company and I would also call them again for any plumbing issue.

I can’t say enough about the awesome service that this company provided. Our rented water heater started to leak and I phoned our rental company. They referred the repair to this company. I was called and an estimated time of arrival was given for service. The young man arrived early and was very polite and got straight to work. The tank was beyond repair but he had the old one out and a new one in its place in no time. He apologized for the little bit of water on the floor which was minimal and mostly cleaned. He even wiped his boot marks from the hall floor before leaving. Again not expected but shows to me a great sense of pride and respect for customer and his company. Thank you Lucas. We will definitely be recommending this company to folks in the future.

We lost our water due to a failed jet pump, went out and bought a new one. Called Kelsey plumbing looking for an install, Jeff answered the phone and was very informative and was upfront with potential costs. The next day there tech came out and did the install and made sure our water system was full functioning before he left (so grateful to have running water again). This company was fast, kind, reasonable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber. Best service going.

Our hot water tank perforated and water ran into my basement overnight. When I found the flood in the morning, I called Kelsey's and they were able to replace my hot water tank that day. The plumber was friendly and courteous as was the lady who answered the phone. I needed paperwork for my insurance company and they supplied what I needed. Their rates are terrific and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!
