I googled about the Home Depot reviews prior to contacting their services, I honestly must say I got the best Duct Cleaning Technician, first off the sales rep Terri was always in contact with me in regards to the appointment and then Greg followed up the day before to confirm and explain everything. He arrived exactly on the dot 8am and proceeded to do his job professionally, efficiently and most importantly friendly, people who knows me knows I’m a stickler for good service, I am 100% happy with this service, thanks for the extra “how to keep your furnace running efficiently” tips Greg. if you need your furnace clean and live in the Durham area ask for a friendly gentle giant, by the name of Greg

Duct Cleaning. The initial call to book the service was pleasant. The receptionist was kind and patient, she also answered all our questions. Greg, the technician who performed the service, was very early and ready with professional grade mask on, he was very friendly, built great rapport with us in that short amount of time, told us exactly what he was going to do before starting, took the time to answer our questions and educate us as 1st time house owners on alot of important and essential maintenance tasks and tips. He was mindful of our home as he removed his shoe and wore his mask the entire time until he was ready to leave and out by the driveway only so we can see his face and wish us well. Awesome duct cleaning service. Greg (the technician) worked diligently throughout all the vents, and removed quite a lot of debris and dust. He also took some pictures of before and after while we were next to him, and gave us few good and important tips on how to make the best of our furnace operation, to keep it running as efficient as possible. I'm glad I chose Home Depot and that Greg was the one showing up!

Hello, Craig and his assistant Greg were into clean our ducts and carpet last week, both are very knowledgable and passionate individuals with years of experience. We are very pleased with the differences we have noticed in the floor vents and carpets. They replaced our furnace filter for us and gave us some ideas moving forward on how to better manage our system and carpets. I made contact via the website expecting a call next day. I actually got a call within a half hour of initial contact. I set a date and time for their service and was advised the day before the service of the two hour window. The technician, Greg, arrived on time and was prepared to work. After doing a walk through of my home to locate and count the vents, he thoroughly explained the package I was receiving as well as the fees for extra vents which I was well aware of. There were no surprises. Greg was really personable, very thorough, and he pointed out some things we could do to make our home even more efficient than it already is. He took photos of the insides of the vents before cleaning them. And showed us same. He takes great pride in his work. It was a pleasure to deal with him. We are very happy with Greg’s service.
