I called this company for a quote to do our ducts to our dryer vents in a residential apartment. He gave me a quote over phone said he would email me it as well so I could send it over to our property manager. I waited 3 days still no quote. I called him and asked if he could come to the apartment to give me a quote on the air vents and air ducts. I told him it was an apartment building and he goes ughh sorry not interested and hung up the phone. That isn't very professional if you ask me. He didn't give an explanation as to why he didn't want to do it. He just said that and hung up.
