So I tried to cheap out and polish my 2017 Ford pickup myself, bad idea. Ended up with swirl marks on the truck box. Tried all the home remedies to get rid of the swirl marks but with no luck, drove by this detailing shop on the way to a job site one day and saw this guy polishing a boat, stopped in and was reassured by the owner that it wasn't a huge issue. He said it was fixable and it wasn't a big deal, left my truck with him the following week and it came back looking better then it rolled off the lot. I'm not a big person for writing reviews and own a small company with two young kids and dont have tons of time to dedicate to promoting every business that does a great job, but just felt that the customer service I recieved was excellent from Chris and Bobbi Jo and I should give credit where credit is due. We are Toronto folks, now spending our time up north. Our vehicles are accustomed to be treated well, and they show it. Anybody can claim to "clean" a vehicle, to make a breakfast, but there is technique, knowledge, to doing it right. Our bmw X5 needed a freshening up. A GSD can make your cargo area look pretty furry after a summer of trips. I researched, asked, called many detailers within an hour of our location. I called and spoke with Chris, and immediately felt comfortable with his demeanor, and he suggested I drop by his shop at my convenience, so I could take a look. I took the drive, and upon arriving, I noticed some beautiful collector automobiles, and a couple of very nice boats. Bobby Jo introduced herself, and then Chris came out,did same. My bmw was checked out, it was explained what needed to be done, they were booking 2-3weeks ahead, I booked for an interior detailing, and the headlight lenses polished. Dropped off our bmw 8:45am. It spent the day, and overnight in their shop. We went the next morning to pick up our vehicle. Bobby Jo explained in detail what was done, then Chris explaned the headlight polishing process, the X5 was returned to its glory. Shone like a "diamond"! These folks take pride in what they do, and it shows. They are thorough, meticulous, and aim exceed your expectations. Bobby Jo and Chris are straightforward, really good people. Don't know if they can make eggs over easy.. But from now, they are our detailers.????

Absolutely speechless! Always heard good things about diamond in the rough but never had a chance to use their services until this year. We bought a brand new blacked out suv and called up Chris and bobbi and they got us booked in no time. We took it straight from the dealership to them and they had it back to us way sooner than expected. Chris and Bobbi ceramic coated everything from the ground up and honestly it looks like they repainted it with a high end paint. We were so impressed we had them make our 2014 car look like new with a headlight polish and quick wash n coat. Looking forward to getting it to them for a full ceramic coating to keep it looking good. I don’t trust anyone else to touch my cars now that ive seen what they can do. Best customer service! This is the best place for all your detailing needs I usually have my truck detailed 6-8 times per year they are very professional they work with you work with your schedule and always go the extra mile I own a 2014 ram I have had approximately 20-25 details since I bought the truck and am impressed every single time I also recently had my truck in for a ceramic if you are like me and love keeping your vehicle clean and shiny it’s well worth the money in the long run it will save on wax cleaning supplies your time and your arms. Thank you Bobbi and Chris amazing job again like always and we will see you soon P.S I also for got to mention my wife’s Jeep goes there 4-6 times per year and just got a ceramic job and looks amazing
