Too bad, this one star rating is based on them showing up. I DO NOT recommend this company. MY HOUSE WAS CLEANER BEFORE THE SERVICE. Cleaners were unprofessional and inconsiderate and found every excuse not to clean what was discussed. I have taken pictures and sent them to the supervisor to show her the quality of work, she didn’t care and clearly had No customer service. I am disgusted in their cleaning, their customer service and their pathetic work ethics. I ADVISE you to look else where.

Clean4Me has been our weekly service for years. The girls taking care of our place actually care and want to make sure you're happy. I work a lot out of my home office and if I'm on the phone they'll quietly walk by or ask if they can vacuum. If there is ever a problem, they engage you to understand your needs and make you happy. The cleaning service was decent. The bathrooms were cleaned nicely. 180$ for 2 hours, it was under 2 hours with unfinished cleaning such as dishes in the sink; windows were not cleaned properly reason being person could not reach... that just inexcusable for a professional company in my opinion.. For the price that they charge, I don't think it's worth it.

My house is clean thanks to Clean4Me. We've had them clean the every room in the house and they are fast, effective, efficient, and professional. They are clear in their communication of what they will do and they do what they say they'll do. Communication prior to each visit is excellent because it's timely, concise, and they've been capable of accommodating minor changes. Working 10-12 hour days just prior to the holidays, my wife and I were stuck in a bind when our regular cleaner had to cancel services for a couple months due to a personal emergency. I called Clean4Me and was happily surprised to speak directly with a staff member who relieved my stress by accepting to clean our home on short notice with the explicit knowledge that we were only seeking a temporary contract. While Clean4Me documented a quote and contract for us, I did some quick research and was happy to see the company and staff are bonded, insured, members in good standing with the Markham Board of Trade and have an A+ rating with BBB. No one wants to make a bad decision when they're under a time crunch. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to find a company with available resources right before Christmas and through the new year. Clean4Me juggled their cleaning teams to schedule us in and we did it with ease and peace of mind knowing that it is a reputable company. In addition to doing their job and doing it well, Clean4Me's staff have excellent communication skills and great emotional intelligence. They have been accommodating of our homebound child, both of our active dogs, our overly curious cat, and my home office presence. They've done so with professionalism and respect for our privacy. We have already recommended Clean4Me to our friends and will do so gladly again.

Lemme tell yall, one does not know the definition of clean until you meet clean4me. I havent seen people so dedicated to cleaning since my last trip to the dentists office. If you need your home, office or medieval Dungun cleaned look no further then them. 11/10 would call to clean again.

I had clean4me come to my home in Markham last month, they arrived on time, and with 2 people there to deep clean my apartment . They went above and beyond my expectations and had everything done plus a few extra things I didn’t even ask for, all within our agreed appointment time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They do not do a complete clean. They do not care about the customer. They only care about themselves. If the customer complains they handle complaints by threatening to send the invoice to collections to destroy the customers’ credit rating

Cassandra is very professional and accommodating. I used her services for a move out and right away she put me at ease with the whole process. It was a lot of work for her and her team. They worked quick and efficiently and did more than I had anticipated. The carpets had to be steam cleaned and she arranged it separately without me having to worry about it. They even came the next day to finish some rooms and even touched up the other rooms they previously cleaned, where people were moving items. My anxiety was through the roof as I thought my rental would not be clean in time for a move out. But everything went smoothly from the get go. I am very appreciative of the work Cassandra and Shania did and hope to use them again in the future. Thank you so much!

Clean4Me provides a terrific service. It is difficult to find a good fit for people to come into your home to clean. And how do you do the vetting? I'd rather have a professional do that hard work for me, like Clean4Me. I am happy to report that my house has never been cleaner. Thank you Cassandra! TERRIBLE MAID SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Wanted a company that did spring cleaning that included full service, maid, carpets and window services and thought Clean4me’s website showed a lot of promise as it advertised that “Clean4me’s trusted One Call Cleans It All™ convenience gives you a full cleaning service”. TERRIBLE AND DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR CLAIMS such as “deliver quality Home Cleaning Services”, that “you can trust our maid service to clean your home”, and they “absolutely guarantee you’ll be happy with the results”. FALSE when it comes to their maid service! Hired them for the very first time to do a spring cleaning. Their maid service was a shoddy and the company’s claims of “absolute guarantees” are insincere! I came home to find superficial cleaning. The bathrooms were wiped down but nothing was really moved because there was still some dirt that should have been cleaned if they bothered to lift items like the trash can, etc; they didn’t even bother cleaning the stove as it was not even touched. Needless to say, the floor did not feel clean after supposedly doing a “thorough” cleaning. They didn’t even bother to hide their terrible dusting because when I lifted underneath coasters, etc. you can see the dust. This is not what a “spring cleaning” at a charge of $150 should look like! When I contacted the office to complain, I was told they would be able to come for a “touch up”. I complained that I should receive more than a touch up as I hired them to do “spring cleaning” not superficial cleaning. Either return and clean properly or don’t charge me. Instead, I received an email from the owner stating they would not be coming over and gave me lame excuses why they would not clean as promised and still charged me $150. First, the cleaners were supposed to arrive at 9 am so that I could personally walk them through my home as discussed with the Clean4me assistant prior to hiring Clean4me, but I had to leave for work when they did not come. I was also advised me in his email that “the team was there for nearly 2 hours [saying] (they called when they arrived and when they departed).” How about only one and a half hour NOT NEARLY 2 hours?! In fact, they arrived at 9:30 and stayed only until 11 as I had my adult son present and knew when they arrived and left. Worse, the owner tried to shame me by stating that my “son was watching an inappropriate show out in the open on the flat screen TV while the cleaning ladies were cleaning”, and gave this as the reason why they would not be returning to clean my place and tried to insinuate and infer “this to be a sensitive matter between you and your family.” First of all, my son, while working on his laptop, was watching a tv show and last time I checked, it was not considered nor categorized as inappropriate. In fact, the same can be said of the cleaners themselves who reeked of cigarette smoke and even one of the cleaners’ cell phone rang and the ring tone had more offensive words. Bottomline, Clean4me did not carry out what they were contracted to do, and rather than correct their unsatisfactory workmanship, tried to spin it back to being a problem with me as the client, AND still charge me the full cost, so as not to have to correct what they were hired to do.
