My communication with this service never moved beyond trying to book a cleaning with them. Their contact person Connie was shockingly unprofessional when emailing with and was unable to coordinate a simple cleaning between me and her team. I messaged her back for a week to please confirm the time she was giving me, and she only replied after the date had passed, apologizing for her mistake. But then when I tried to re-book, she did the exact same thing. I tried to book a cleaning with them three different times, and she just wasn't interested in my business I suppose. I ended up going with Affordable House Cleaning Service and was happy with them.

I recently renovated my basement and just hired Clarington Cleaning Services and couldn't be any happier with the result. They not only we able to stay on top of the dust and what not from the renovations but also then after put a shine to all surfaces. and I mean everything from lamps,light switches,baseboards,ceiling fans etc. They really are an honest and hard working company. Lately my wife and I have been overwhelmed with work, kids and just life… so I thought I’d get someone in to help keep the house clean. I was nervous about hiring someone cause we’re very picky when it comes to certain things in our home but I’d have to say we were very impressed! Holly was the ladies name that we talked to and she has been wonderful through the whole process. She was very communicative and did an excellent job cleaning our house. It’s literally spotless. I am more then happy with the outcome Connie and her team provided. I had called literally last minute with a move out clean to a 4200 Square foot home. Prior to providing her services she had rearranged her schedule in order on being able to do our move out clean. Connie and her team were extremely thorough and very educated in using the right supplies to a variety of different surfaces. I was extremely worried in having the house cleaned on time with calling last minute. Yet she was able to do an above and beyond job well before my the desired timing of completion. Highly recommend.

I had sent an email in regards to getting a deep clean on my house. They were very responsive and got back to me right away. I chatted with a lady named Alison on the phone and she seemed very friendly and professional so I booked the cleaning with her over the phone. I’m happy to say that my house has never looked better, I’m very impressed!!! Pretty disappointed to be honest. It was my first time using this company. I paid for a four hour clean $140 $35hr. Before the clean I was explained that the 4hrs is based on hour making cleanings. For example one girl would clean for four hours, two girls would clean for two hours and three girls would clean for an hour to an hour and a half. I was surprised that only one girl was cleaning my house I left for two hours and came home to my rugs and floor matts outside and no one here. After being home for 10mins I got a text saying she was just finishing up and that she was going to leave my rugs outside. (I was already home) I asked for a deep clean and the stove and fridge to be pulled out and cleaned. The stove was done but had to call her back to do the fridge (she did) she also had to come back because she left her wet mop attachment on my wood entrance table. When asked why my mats were left outside and my bath mat not put back down she said because the floors needed to dry. Considering I paid for a four hour clean and you were gone before the two hour mark I think you could’ve stayed and waited for the floors to dry so my mats could be put back down. My microwave was left soaking wet on the inside, with food splatter still on the roof of the microwave. And when we asked why things were picked up and put back nicely she then explained that people don’t like when she touches their stuff but yet the things that she did move to dust she did not put back correctly. Even with having to call her back she still charge me full price with not even a little bit of a discount. Considering that I was a first time customer I feel like she should’ve went above and beyond and in fact she went under beyond. Also wanted etransfer or cash. I agreed to etransfer but said he email didn’t work so gave me her coworkers email. Turned out she gave me the wrong email and had to cancel first payment that cost me $3.50 to cancel and send to the correct email. She was a very nice women but a VERY rushed job. Will not be using again.
