Bullock Septic continues to be reliable, helpful, and good value for the money. We requested service on Thanksgiving Day and our tanks were pumped the following morning. One of the handles was broken and the driver did a quick fix for us. We are very pleased with their service.

Glenn looked after us himself. He was conscientious, pleasant and very fair. Not only did they solve the mystery of why our septic tank was filling with ground water, Glenn continued to check up on their work to ensure the issue was indeed solved. We moved to Orillia /Ramara and when we bought our first house and wanted our septic pumped out we called The Bullock Septic Services and had used them .Then a couple of years later we called back for another pump out and Glen came and explained they had purchased Bullocks . I am so glad I met Glen and his team when we needed to have our septic replaced Glen and his team were here quite fast and there workmanship was great and the guys were great . Since then we have used them a couple of times and I highly recommend Glen and his team anytime . Keep up the good work Glen you and your team are the best Bill Ramara

In the process of selling the family cottage, we needed to pump out our septic, so called Bullock Septic who we have used for 55 YEARS. Was told they would be there at noon and to have the holes exposed. The pump truck showed up early at 10:30am and the owner was EXTREMELY rude that the holes were not exposed and would not wait the 20 minutes even though he had arrived earlier than scheduled. We rescheduled for the next day and received a call later indicating that in addition to the pump out fee we were to be charged a $50 fee for the service call from the previous day even though they mis-scheduled the appointment. With the rude behaviour toward my 68 year old father and 64 year old mother, this company should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favour and call AAAA Sanitation in Washago instead, their service and treatment of customers is superior.

We were in an emergency situation where we required our septic tank to be pumped out quickly as water and sewage were not leaving the house and getting into the septic tank. I called and Lucy indicated we could get a service call that afternoon. Jim arrived within 90 minutes and pumped out the tank and was very pleasant and professional. He gave me advice on annual maintenance and cleaning that I could perform myself. We will certainly use Imrie Group/Bullock Septic in the future. Terrific friendly service!!!

We have used Bullock for several years at our cottage on Cedarhurst Beach, Beaverton. We have had nothing but good experiences. Ours is an old septic with improvised access. It is a pain to access but never a complaint from the driver. Highly recommend.

My customer experience with the Imrie Group was remarkable from start to finish. I had contacted them through their website for a septic tank pump out quote. Sandra sure knows the value of customer service and did an excellent job with getting back to me promptly and following through with expectations. She also was quite knowledgeable and shared a maintenance tip with me. I didn't get the fella's name that did the pump-out but he was friendly and professional and even showed me how to access the effluent filter for annual cleaning. I will definitely be calling on them again for this service and I highly recommend them to others as well.
