Gerry was very responsive and kept us up to date on date changes because of the weather. He also has a nice comical side to his messages which makes him very approachable. GREAT job of the cleaning. We had spider spraying the week before so when Blue Diamond showed up the windows were filthy with spray. They did the inner and outer windows sparking clean. I would highly recommend Gerry and Blue Diamond Window Cleaning. On a side note, his employees were exceptionally mannerly and accommodating.

Generally I was satisfied with the washing of my outside windows. My disappointment included: * south windows on first floor had a lot of soap left on them which I cleaned off myself; and *window ledges on most first floor windows were left with streaks which meant they weren't cleaned off, but the areas that had clean streaks occurred because that happened by the water that flowed down from the windows. I was more satisfied with the gutter cleaning this time as compared to the previous cleanings. pjwagar

They did an excellent job, very careful and detail-oriented and were among the nicest and friendliest maintenance people I've ever dealt with (I'm 79). Great guys who enjoyed their work.

Cleaners were, as usual, very polite, focused, professional and very good at doing their tasks. The only thng is one of the young men left his gloves here, and also failed to put in one of the screens. This has happened for the past 3 years. LOL No big deal for me because I will get my brother to put it in the garage window . I will just thought that maybe would be good for the men to do a check around to ensure all screens have been put back in. Likely most people would be able to do this themselves, but unfortunately I am terrible at doing stuff like that. However, my brother doesn't mind helpng with little jobs like this, so not a problem and absolutely no problem at no big deal . A second crew even showed up to clean the outside windows while the first was inside finishing windows and screens! They adhered strictly to Covid protocols while in my house as well.
