We have used WB Cleaning services since we moved to Barrie. Not only just to clean our chimney but also for WETT certification and chimney repairs. For insurance purposes we needed a WETT certification and knew that the previous owners did some odd things with the wood stove which we felt would be problematic and potentially costly to get repaired to be certified. Not only did WB corrected the issues so we could keep our wood stove, the price was fair and there was no hidden costs. Two years later we needed to repair our chimney and again used the services of WB. The work done was professional and high quality and best of all, the price quoted was the final price of the job. Since then, WB is the only number we call for chimney cleaning and repair. Not knowing much about fireplaces / woodstoves when we first purchased our home, we really appreciated the information and tips WB provided us.

i have been using Wayne for many years. He is very professional and always makes sure that everything in the system is working safely for the winter heating season. Wayne did a great job fixing our chimney. It had to be taken down 5 courses of brick and then rebuilt. We have odd mortar (it sticks out rather than smooth) that he matched so that you can't tell the difference. Looks much better after Wayne completed the job. Amazing that he put up all the scaffolding himself and carried up all of the heavy materials on his own. Wayne has also been cleaning our chimney for years. In addition to cleaning it from the bottom opening, he goes up to the top of the chimney to inspect it and clean it from there too. Great guy.

I have used AWB cleaning for over 20 years. Wayne is always pleasant and takes care to be neat and tidy when in the house. He always covers the area with drop cloths and then vacuums up afterwards. One year we forgot to get the cleaning done in the fall and by January our fireplace was sending smoke into the house. Wayne came out right away, and cleaned the chimney in the cold, and that solved the problem. I will continue to use AWB cleaning.

Wayne has cleaned our chimney for over 20 years. He put a cap on top of the chimney and installed a stainless liner in the chimney replacing the tile that had broken down. He always leaves his work area spotless. Wayne is not only a professional but is very personable as well . We would highly recommend him.

He provides a great service for a very reasonable price. He is very careful to protect the rooms when he cleans and he is great with our over friendly dogs. Coordination is required to set the appointment. We continue to use him every year.

I have used Wayne's chimney cleaning services for well over 28 yrs and he is easily the best in the business. He is efficient, sweeps up and vacuums all around the fireplace and pretty well leaves the FP area spotless. His prices are more than fair and a few yrs. ago he redid the crown top of my chimney and did a great job. No need to look further for a good chimney sweep. This guy IS the best.
