I rang in the New Year with a house cleaning from Remaid and it looks great! Booking on line was easy and convenient. I received text message reminders before hand which was very helpful!! The cleaner was on time and VERY thorough. My shower has never sparkled like it does now ???? Highly recommend Remaid. They offer flat rates, getting their checklists done without the worry of paying by the hour. Website is easy to navigate and offers quotes. I would use them again.

I booked Remaid for a 2 hour cleaning as I’m going off maternity leave in the New Year and looking for some help around the house. I’ve never used a house cleaner before so I didn’t know what to expect. They arrived right on time which was handy as I had the kids packed in the car ready to go do our errands. When I returned home the areas I asked to be cleaned were amazing! The small things were cleaned and I didn’t even realize how dirty they were: light fixtures, stove top, windows. We have 2 kids and a large dog and the floors were spotless. The convenience of booking online with a time that worked for our schedule was a plus. The upfront pricing and reminder texts were also appreciated. When I head back to work in the New Year I will definitely be using them again!

Platinum standard of cleaning I’m picky and they exceed expectations consistently. Excellent management - Barbara goes well beyond to communicate and ensure everything is taken care of and personally checks in to make sure we’re happy with what was completed. On that note, I cannot believe how much they get done each time. Floors sparkling, challenging tile/grout scrubbed, stove spotless, cabinets and window sills shiny, and more. They work hard and fast AND detailed. Billing is simple and can be paid with a credit card on file. They only charge for when they work to 15 minute intervals. It’s quite evident they care about the work they do.

I have now used the Remaid cleaning service twice and I am very happy with there work. I appreciate the online booking system and the convenience of being able to make any changes and/ or add notes to my account for my cleaner to see before arriving. I feel like Kamloops was in desperate need for a cleaning company with some modern features such as online booking and professional communication. The cleaner arrived on time and was cleaning within minutes. She listened to all my house keeping concerns and was understanding. She was fast, efficient and very friendly.
