Incredible Company. Every part of the process with them was such a positive experience from the phone operator to the very talented technician that came to my home to do the work. The entire clearing process was clearly laid out for me with a walk through and also an explanation on the phone, at the end the invoice was exactly what I was told it was going to be. In business these days, there isn't a lot of companies that "DO" what they say they are going to do, and this DOES what is says it going to do. Incredible, I know without a doubt I will be re-hiring them again.

I can't say enough good things about the firm and the employee who came to carry out the duct cleaning. Every step was explained beforehand and throughout the 5-6 hour procedure we were updated with what the next step would be.One person in the house has severe COPD and Asthma made worse this spring by pneumonia. The duct cleaning was part of a comprehensive plan to get the house as clean as possible.The contents of the ducts are drawn into a huge vacuum machine. The grills were brushed and replaced. We have a big house and the estimate was much lower than I had anticipated and worth ivy cent. The firm was recommended by Steve at Rapid Cool who had just installed a high tec. extra furnace filter. For a small extra charge my dryer vent was cleaned out properly. Purair will come and check the house agin in a couple of years. The process generates noise! I worked the back yard.

Nathan was very professional and walked me through everything he would be doing to clean the furnace, the ducts & vents as well as the Dryer vent. Nathan did a really great job cleaning the furnace and vents in my 3 level townhouse. It was a very snowy and cold (-22) day - he was on time and didn't complain about the weather at all. He took the time to explain the work that he was going to do, took photos of my vents to show me the "before and after," and was very tidy with all his equipment. He was great with my pets and genuinely had great customer service. He didn't try to up-sell me on other products or service, but let me know what other items were available. Would definitely recommend Nathan at Modern PURAIR! Easy to book an appointment online. Quick response on the phone and lets you know when he's on his way. Payment was very easy through credit card.

Didn't have to ask him to remove his boots and he was an all around gentleman while servicing my home. They were very informative and actually let me see what they managed to clean out of my system! (and you wouldn't believe it Lol) I would highly recommend Modern PURAIR to anyone. I have already booked an appointment to have them come and Aeroseal my house! see you guys again in the fall. So it's now December. I had Modern Purair back to do the Aeroseal this time. It was nothing short of unbelievable! Same friendly face, same great service. The Aeroseal sealed my system just as it states it will. I went from losing 28 percent of my airflow down to less than 2 percent. Noticed the difference as soon as my furnace was turned back on. It's been down to -15C and we haven't turned our heat up at any point, it stays at 65 degrees in our house (wife likes it cool). Noticeable difference at the amount the furnace kicks on, not nearly as much. Cannot say enough good things about this product. As I don't have airconditioning, I can only imagine how Aeroseal would impact in the cooling of a house.

This home is newer to us. We've only been here for one year. Our heating ducts and dryer vents were absolutely filthy. They had never been cleaned since the furnace was installed about 8 years ago. The technician did an excellent job of cleaning everything. You can't imagine how much stuff was in our ducts: baby bottles, water bottles, toys, air fresheners, mice feces, and so much more. The furnace was also cleaned. It runs much more efficiently now. The bottles don't rattle in the ducts. It smells SO much better!

I just had my duct work cleaned and sanitized by Modern PURAIR. I couldn't believe how much crud was removed. I'd had this work done 3 years ago by a different company and their level of cleaning doesn't come close to the thoroughness of Modern PURAIR. I have had my ducts cleaned every two years by Kevin or one of his crew for the six years I've lived in Kamloops. The service is always amazing. I have two indoor cats and was quite worried the first time about them getting out during the appointment. I am very impressed with this company! Starting with the great customer service when trying to schedule an appointment. They were very helpful and fast to respond. Our technician Brett called before our appointment time saying he could come earlier as he finished up fast. He was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The actual work he did was very impressive. He used his vacuum and scrubbed the ducts and was able to get a lot out of our house. We had really bad dryer ducts and he was able to determine that a bird was living in our ducts and managed to get the nest out too! Now our dryer is working great again with good air flow. this was an awesome experience Cole and Jaydon came promptly at the reserved time after calling 30 minutes before arrival. they both arrived looking very professional. they were both courteous and friendly and they both removed their shoes without prompting.After greetings they did a walk through and told me up front what pricing would be. they offered me an option without pressure and than they immediately set up for work, I was impressed that they shut my front doors while working and not letting my 2 house cats escape. after the job was done I really appreciated the before and after shots they showed me and the chance to see what was removed from my ducts and furnace. this was a very good experience I will definitely call them again
