I've been at this residence 2 years, and have made use of window cleaning service at 2 other homes. Very windy area here, was not accustomed to what cluttered gutter signs were, previous owner did a lot of BBQ so upper and lower decks were greasy. Windows now sparkle, and I know where I need to clean inside. Gutters will no longer leak, and now dirt on decks is gone, it was easy to clean up BBQ grease with a bit of dish soap. Would certainly use the service again. He even moved my deck furniture out of the way and put it back on the deck before he left! Thank you

Besides that, the young Lad that came to service was extremely pleasant, well mannered and detail oriented. Windows on the outside look great and on the inside, not only are they clean, but there is not a drop of water on the floor or anywhere else. His Scottish accent was a bonus as is the one from the lady that phones to confirm appointments. Nice touch. ONLY drawback? His name is nowhere on the business cards so it is hard to pass his name to friends and neighbors. But, my wife did not peek. So she says...... For sure we will use again and again.

Ian and his assistant arrived at 8am this morning [ as advertised] and spent the next two hours cleaning all of our windows. We are in a new development and this is the first time the windows have been cleaned including the removal of dust, dirt, and muck that comes from workers still developing the development. I share this part as it is important to note that the dirt gets into every conceivable space. Ian and his colleague took care of all of the windows,, including two stories up, along with all of the screens and outside sills [ inside and out] They did so professionally, quickly and scored a 14 out of 10 with us for the fantastic job. We have re-booked Ian for the fall cleaning as well as installing the Christmas lights. [ did i mention that Ian did the lights around the entire house last November --- took them down in January --- and did it with another 14-10 performance. Ian showed up right on time, on a Saturday. He got right to work, and worked non stop clearing our plugged gutters and then washing all of our windows. Our gutter network is extensive, some areas challenging to get to, and we have 3 floors worth of windows, as well as patio glass. It was not a small job. You get what you pay for with this outfit. The window cleaning service of Men in Kilts exceeded all expectations. We have a country residence on a ranch that have never had the windows professionally cleaned. The 22+ windows and screens were very dirty. Ian worked the best part of six hours completing the job. The time was greater than he accounted for. However he worked away patiently and diligently. We have never had windows cleaned professionally. But without hesitation we will do it annually as the difference it has made is amazing. I was given a reasonable estimate for the job that I wanted done, so on the agreed day, Ian arrived promptly and set about cleaning my gutters. A knock at my door to tell me that part of the job was not going to be possible-----the metal gutters had been spray painted so trying to remove the stains from the outside of the gutters would not be possible with a cleaner-----the gutters had apparently been painted sometime after installation. I gather that the gutters can be purchased in colors but the previous owners decide to paint rather than replace! I got a very reasonable deduction in my estimate, which was much appreciated! I will be looking at getting my windows cleaned when the windows are replaced. Very good service and good workers!
