We had an issue with a leaking water meter. We called Concord in the following morning (Friday) and Jaydon was at our home before lunch. He checked the damage to the wall and carpet and using a moisture meter was able to detect even the smallest water damage along the wall and baseboard areas. Jaydon was very clear and helpful as to what repairs needed to be done. Jaydon also followed up the following Monday morning to see how the fans and heaters worked on the damaged wall and carpet. Awesome follow-up. We are very happy with Concord's response and the direction and advice from Jaydon.

Jaydon went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation on a Sunday. I highly recommend him, and this company, to anyone thinking about hiring them. I accidentally spilled a can of white paint onto the carpet in my apartment building hallway, and Jaydon arrived as quickly as he could to clean the carpet before the paint dried. He did a fantastic job and the carpet was spotless by the time he was done. He even offered to follow up in a few days to make sure that the carpet dries clean. I am so happy with this company and relieved that Jaydon was available on a Sunday. 5+ stars!

Highly recommend Concord First General for restoration. We had our carpets and an area rug cleaned and were happy with the results. We had ink bleed through after the initial clean and the owner personally came to check and had the spots cleaned again by his staff. Very professional and tidy with their equipment as well.
