Fantastic Customer Service!! We were so lucky to have the kind people at ABK help us with our leak. In the dead of winter, at 7am on a snowy Saturday, they came in like knights to help us. We were so worried about our new basement which had just been renovated and they came in with their equipment to help us dry everything out. We were so lucky they were so kind and generous with us. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We chose them after a quick google search for the best company and THE REVIEWS WERE ALL BANG ON! This is the company you want. My NEW home has water seeping out of the wall sockets and switch plates. My builder left town and won’t return calls. Brad from ABK attended my home for an assessment. He was prompt, super knowledgeable, and very calming to a frazzled homeowner. Further.......after Brad left, I discovered 12 feet of mold in another room! I called, and he came back the same day to offer guidance. I look forward to working with Brad and his team to remediate the mess left by my builder.

Abk was horrible. No communication between manager and I. Had to constantly call the office to find out what was going on. Manager Brad never returned my calls. Made my husband and I feel very unimportant. Had to make calls to contractors myself that I shouldn't have. Job was not done right the first time because Brad wouldn't listen to us. Day of industrial cleaning, and my family moving back home- I stepped on a razor blade in the carpet in my daughters bedroom! Vacuumed another 2 up. Upon requesting that the company owner call us to maybe give an explanation as to why all of this has happened. No call back. I paint oil paintings, and they were all just shoved into a box. Now they are scratched. After countless defects and asking for things to be fixed. Im done. If I could take legal action against this company, I would. This company should not be in business. Cannot rate a 0. Jeffery, maybe you can give us a call and explanation???

ABK Restorations came to the rescue when there was a flood at my mother's care home. I so appreciated the good work they did in moving my mother's possessions, restoring her room to such good condition and moving her belongings back. The team, particularly, Andrew, made a "upsetting" situation for my mother, almost pleasant! Andrew was very clear with us as to what was happening, what we could expect and the timeline all this would happen in. The bonus was that Mom was moved back into her room ahead of schedule. Thank-you ABK Restorations and Andrew! Great work and great customer service, a winning combination
