they use dawn dish soap to clean the windows and they are charging you for cleaners that they don't actually use. The management has no regards for the safety of their employees and forces them to work in unsafe work environments. I have witnessed you using dish soap and neglecting unsafe work conditions to get the job done. If your customers see a problem with the quality of your service and most importantly the safety of your employees, something should be done. Also, I don't know who Logan is however, i feel it is very unprofessional giving past employees names in the reviews. Instead of ignoring my concerns about your employees safety and your companies efficiency to get the job done right , maybe it would be a little more professional to address the problem instead of blaming your past employees for bad reviews. I don't feel that was "professional or appropriate".

A Plus is right! I contacted A Plus by phone, and received an incredibly low quote compared to what I expected. After booking, I received a two-page, detailed description of what to expect from the company. Who does that? When I asked if they required a deposit... no, you'll get an invoice after we're done, and done to your satisfaction. When the job was completed, I also received a voice mail recounting a small repair they discovered, which they fixed at no charge. Can't say enough about this quality of service!

Professional, prompt, excellent service . Definitely A Plus. I wanted the outside windows cleaned.The estimate was given over the phone based on the view of the property from the web. This only missed one glass roof over the front door. The crew arrived on time and did really good job. The enclosed gutter leaks posed a problem and a more senior person came back the next day and was honest enough to say I should contact a specialist gutter company. At the same time I told the crew I had forgotten to ask them to clean the insides of a couple of sliding windows the first time.They were happy to clean them. The estimate was very competitive. I will definitely use this company again and will probably have the windows cleaned more often.

In early June 2020, A+ serviced Emerald Estates condos. I watched a group of clean, bright friendly workers wash our windows. They worked in teams or solo depending on window types and placement, at all times maintaining a professional manner. Approximately 8 days later the crew leader responded immediately to a dissatisfied customer with a smile. He did his best despite a precarious terrain. I would recommend A+.

This was our first experience with A+ and it didn't begin very well. Power washing was not the right option for the sidings of the units in our condo complex and the results were not satisfactory. However, the company immediately recognized the problem and came out, in full force (including the boss) the next day to remedy the situation. We definitely appreciated that level of attention to our concerns. A+ has also recently cleaned the gutters of a number of units; this work was completed to our satisfaction. Hired these folks to clean vine debris from my siding. They spent hours scrubbing and got nowhere. Granted, short of ripping all the paint off the siding, there wasn't much they could do, but to then charge me $577 plus $30 for a bottle of cleaner they DIDN'T EVEN USE is bad business. I agreed to the hourly rate assuming they would at least clean off all the black residue. Pictured is the result of their cleaning. Thanks A+!!! Their reply is not contradictory to my statements here. I felt that, given the fact that nothing was accomplished after three hours, that they would offer me something in the way of a discount, akin to if you order a meal and it comes out raw. I would expect the proprietor to try to make amends in some way. None of that was forthcoming here, so I might as well have been billed to have their crew jog in place for three hours; the end result would be the same.

We hired A+ for a pressure wash and gutter and window cleaning. The crew arrived on the afternoon of June 10/20 and began their task. I watched them perform and it was quite exiting to see these guys do their job. On the garage side I have potatoes planted and on the opposite side is my garden. All these areas were not trampled in the process. When done, all work was very acceptable, clean and professional. The initial contact requesting service was quick and professional (I had called one other place and they said they would get back to me but never did). A Plus provided written quotes the same day based on size of the houses and service dates were set. Very good service! The workers who came out were courteous and professional; they explained what they would do and satisfactorily answered all my questions. They also advised where the gutters were plugged and what cleaning/repairs they needed to do and on the current condition of the gutters for future needs. One of the workers took a picture of the gutter to show me what it looked like. Recently, we hired A+ Gutters to clean our gutters. We are very pleased with their service. We received an email reminder a few days in advance along with a time. On the appointed day they called to say they would be there within half an hour. The 2 men were friendly and professional, explained to us how they would do the job. They probably spent an hour cleaning the debris out all along the gutter and rinsed them out. They took all the debris with them when they left.
