Le service à la clientèle ce n'est pas ça force. Je vous déconseille cette compagnie. PS: Aucun lien avec la météo, quand ont cancel un rendez-vous, ont reporte simplement a une date ultérieure ont ne dit pas au client d'aller voir ailleur parce qu'on est trop occuper et que le timing aurait due être le printemps au lieu de l'automne. Sachez que je suis rester très poli malgré votre manque de tact.
