I had 2 people come out to our house after a fire. I emailed first and they called me within an hour. Kelley came out and did a very thorough assessment of our damage and gave us an estimate for the ins company next day, Galan same thing for the clean up inside (smoke). He did testing on the walls for smoke took a bunch of pictures. Both were very professional and personable. I did call a few other companies that basically said they dont come out this far or didnt call me back. Servpro said no problem and came right out, yes I will use them for my repairs. Now, we wait for the adjuster.

Absolutely would recommend! Everyone is so nice and they don’t waste time getting you what you need. They came at our worst time of need and when they left everything was back as it should have been.

Cleanup was performed pretty well minus the cigs in my yard. But dealing with management is terrible and inconsistent. We dealt with Brian, and Id personally rather watch my sisters 4 kids after a trip to an all you can eat candy buffet. Employees complained a lot about management and the way they are treated.

Your service is a "life saver". We were overwhelmed to find our den. bedroom & bathroom flooded.. But after a call to your office, Jasmine Burton arrived promptly to start the review. The crew (Michael Webb, Larry Pitts) arrived quickly and began work. Shortly after additional crew members (Rose Garrison & Joseph McCray) came and all worked until 9:00 p.m. to get the water up and begin the drying out process. They were all efficient, courteous and kept us informed at all times of what was done. We appreciate their professionalism and the job they did.. Thank you, Servpro! Ran by Cullman county folks that only care about Cullman county jobs. Our house was delayed because they crews were on bigger jobs and couldn't get to us. Couldn't get return phone calls from anyone in Cullman. Unless you're a friend of the family or enjoy kicks to the groin, avoid this price gauging trap.
