They tell you they will do the job for you then don’t show up or no phone call. So I call them and leave a message to call me, but no call from them. Very unprofessional business. Don’t bother with them.

Big shout out to The Service Guys, my furnace quit last night around 4 am in the morning. I was waited until 7:30 to start phoning around and they were the first to answer at about 8 am, they were here in about 1/2 hour and had my furnace back up and running before 9 am. It was only the pilot light and no charge. Thank you so much Service Guys!

Look elsewhere. Communication is terrible (if you can ever get a call back to confirm), they cant keep appointments made weeks ahead, the one time they showed up to do work they had to come back the next morning to fix two leaks (on basic stuff like poor soldering at a joint and forgetting to use tape on threads). This is a mickey mouse outfit.
