Had my high quality Kluane sleeping bag cleaned here. Had it for 35 years and never cleaned ( I know ..gross!). Got it back in sparkling condition! Very impressed!! Only cost $35..sure beats buying a new one!

Completely incompetent staff at Gellibrand's! I brought in a wool coat for cleaning and asked them to repair the tear in the shoulder seam. Two weeks later I picked up the coat only to find the tear was still there but they charged me 18.00 for repair. After a phone call to the seamstress, the front desk clerk determined the seamstress made a repair to the elbow which I didn't request. The seamstress claimed she didn't see the tear in the shoulder but could fix it for an additional 18.00 and another two week wait. I have posted a photo of the tear in the shoulder to show that it is clearly visible. When I asked the front desk clerk how such a mistake could happen since I specifically said I wanted the shoulder repaired, she replied, "I don't know anything, I only take clothes in." This is not what I would call "elite" service.

A little bit pricey, but not disappointed - they took my dress only days before the wedding and it had been all wrinkles from shipping, it was perfect for the wedding thanks to their work!

Excellent service through and through. Dropped off my items, asked for delivery "no problem". Asked if I could get a call prior to drop off. Got a call and said they would be by in 15 mins which was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Well done Gellibrand team !!
