I could not be happier with the stellar work done by Ehren to clean my heavily soiled carpet areas! He came to do a full clean of all carpeted areas and these looked just phenomenal when he was done. A few days later some odours came to the surface (which he warned) and I felt like one more clean might help those spots. I contacted Mark and said I wanted them to come out one more time and I was more than happy to pay them for the service - the heavy soiling was no fault of theirs! But Mark insisted that they would do this free of charge to complete the job. Totally blown away at the exceptional service. Also I was expecting to pay a lot more for this square footage and I was so pleasantly surprised at the cost On Ehren: he was friendly, professional, and very informative. This is the ONLY place you should ever be CALLING!! Deserves a MILLION STARS!! Let me explain the situation that landed me to meeting these FANTASTIC guys in the first place..... Dang Good Carpet and Furnace Cleaning was appointed and hired by my Water Tank Installers company to come clean up the unbelievable mess they left today when installing a Water Tank!! Not going to get into it much here as it's not why I am here and these guys deserve all the great things I am about to say..... I applaud and thank this amazing team for their efficient, polite, timely and most of all compassion work they did for me today!!! I was on a verge of a complete melt down when seeing my light carpets today, covered in dirt and mud from the incompetent Water Tank Installer company and both Ehren and Mark put out the fire of anger in me within minutes of meeting them!!! Ehren explained everything to me, and started on the work right away. To my surprise Mark followed up with a call, to make sure I am okay. I can't express how much this meant to me. Not knowing the previous owners level of maintenance, it was great to get some highly professional and insightful info about our older furnace from Aaron. They were better than "On-Time" as they called me to validate if it was fine to arrive earlier than scheduled. They took the time to explain in detail the work they were performing, the risks of the cleaning work due to the old age of my furnace. We hired Dang Good to come do both our carpets and our furnace in our new home prior to moving in. Reminders were sent the day before, and the tech called when he was on his way. Just had my furnace and carpet cleaned by Dang Good today. I booked the appointment over the phone with Marc, who was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Furnace was cleaned by Ken & Austin and carpet by Kody. Everyone was professional, polite and very friendly. The result was amazing. Dang Good is right! I moved into my new home this week and ordered both carpet cleaning and furnace/vent cleaning. The guys were all quick, friendly, and flexible when changes were requested. Ehren (not sure about spelling) did a great job cleaning the carpets, and accommodating our move-in schedule and the request to add an extra floor. They sent couple of kids and first they say "oh beautiful home" and takes them no time to clean and leave. I called this guys again a few days ago thinking their prices are very competitive but at the end, it added up to be way over a few other companies. Be careful and if you want to get prices, don't start giving your info ahead of time.

Dang Good was able to get some stains out of my carpet, they reappeared after carpet dried (as indicated they likely would) and they returned to address them free of charge. There was some minor damage to my staircase railings following the cleaning and they were quick to act, apologetic and made things right. I might suggest that carpet cleaning equipment specs are listed on the invoice to satisfy requirements of carpet manufacturer warranty.

We have been in our house for a number of years now and have never had a professional carpet cleaning done. We've used the store bought steam cleaners in the past but noticed that the house began to have an odor when coming in from the outside, likely due to our dog (and quite possibly our kids - just joking). It was definitely time to have our carpets professionaly cleaned and we weren't sure who to hire. We had read a number of comments regarding Dang Good on our community Facebook page and decided to give them a shot and boy, are we ever glad that we did. We used their online form to request some information and received a phone call from Mark within hours. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone and answered all of the questions that we had. After discussing dates and times that worked well for both of us, we booked the appointment. 9 am this morning, Mark showed up right on time and took us for a walk through of the house to discuss the process, even letting us know that it would be a good idea to put some foil under the wooden legs of our couch after the cleaning was complete, so they wouldn't be damaged by soaking up any water. A couple of minutes later he got right to work. The first thing that we noticed were the guards that Mark put on the corner of our walls so they wouldn't be scuffed/damaged by the hoses moving back and forth. Once we saw this, along with the foil tip for the couch legs, we knew that we had hired someone that cared about a job well done and wasn't coming in to just make a quick buck. Mark spent a good couple of hours working on getting the carpets cleaned. We were amazed that he was doing the whole house all on his own. We discovered that the tech who was originally scheduled to come in to do the cleaning was sick, so Mark (the owner) was doing it all himself. He could have easily called to reschedule the appointment for another day when he had enough staff, but he made the extra effort to keep the appointment as scheduled. This was yet another thing that really impressed us. Prior to the cleaning, we had asked Mark if he could use the odor free cleaning agent as my wife can be quite sensitive to scented cleaners. He said absolutely, no problem at all. Both my wife and I are completely amazed at how great the carpets look and that there is absolutely no scent/odor after being cleaned. After taking a deep breathe, everything just seems "fresh"! We will 100% use Dang Good for carpet cleaning again and will also be trying out their other services such as furnace /duct cleaning and window cleaning when the time comes to have those things done. Thanks again for a job well done Mark. I wish all service providers were as pleasant to deal with as you are. Very happy customers, Kerri and Devin.

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday with Dang Good Carpet Cleaning and were very impressed with their service, especially the technician Shane who was very professional and worked diligently plus was very pleasant to converse with. In previous years we had always used one of the large local competitors and the difference was like night and day. After the previous cleaning the carpets still appeared quite dirty especially in high traffic areas, most noticeably in front of the couches. The technician claimed that this was as clean as the carpet could get and that this was not dirt but rather normal wear and tear. After Shane cleaned the carpets yesterday they now look like new with all the stains gone and the high wear areas look significantly better then before. We highly recommend Dang Good, especially Shane, and will call on them in the future.

I lucked out I had Marc who's supposed to be off today to come deep clean my carpet. Marc has 10 years of experience in this industry and he really went extra miles when cleaning and sanitizing my place - I've got some awkward narrow spaces in the bedrooms and extra wide "opera house" like staircases and he made extra effort to get them all cleaned up. We booked a carpet cleaning appointment with Dang Good carpets after reading reviews online about them. Mark, the owner was very honest and upfront about the cost, coverage and what could realistically be cleaned v/s what could not. At almost 5 years of cream colored carpets not being professionally cleaned, there were some really high traffic areas as well as discoloration around edges. Both Mark and Kody were upfront about the discoloration and did promise that they would try their best. Which Kody absolutely did!! He was running a few minutes late for which he called upfront, apologized and informed us. And he really had a go at both the high traffic areas and discolorations and what a difference! The carpets look almost like when they were installed new! It had been a couple of years since the carpets were professionally cleaned. Mark warned me when I booked that they couldn't guarantee getting all of the stains out as I had rated the carpet as an 8/10 in dirtiness, with 10 being the worst. Kody went to work right away with treating the carpet and stairs. He went over the rooms multiple times, and was working hard on the stairs ( you could tell from the sweat ). OUTSTANDING. I just had my furnace, ducts, & dryer vent cleaned by Dang Good Carpet & Furnace and they're fully-deserving of another 5-star review. From initial quote to end of the job, everything was transparent in terms of pricing (no up-selling, no surprises) and process (what to expect). Aaron & Darnell were my technicians and I could not be happier with the excellent quality of work and top-notch customer service they provided. They were on-time, on-task, extremely polite, and entirely efficient. They did initial and mid-job walk-throughs, to confirm the plan, agreement on duct numbers, show what they were finding, etc. They explained things clearly and offered good tips/recommendations, but again--without a shred of up-selling. Regarding their thoroughness...here's why I think you should consider them over other such businesses: I have a very old Century house which has seen numerous renos over the years. Aaron showed me some images of my duct-work and the type of debris he'd found in some challenging spots (creative renos, you know). Based on the debris, Aaron asked if I'd recently had any 'popcorn' ceilings knocked down. I had, but well over 15 YEARS AGO, with other furnace cleaning companies having supposedly cleaned my ducts since then. I will most certainly be hiring them for my next cleaning. I think you'll be happy if you do, too.

As in the film “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” Jessica was without question the shining star… her ability to resurrect an otherwise smouldering apocalypse previously known as the living room carpet into what some have referred as a miracle of synthetic flooring…she is without question the Grace Kelly or Marilyn Monroe of the industry. So with that said, how could anyone, anywhere, anytime (within business hours obviously) not immediately place the call towards your own personal carpet resurrection. I recently contracted Dang Good Carpet (and Upholstery cleaning) for an elderly friend of my family, whose husband passed a couple of years ago. Mark was my key focal at Dang Good, and provided his expert knowledge on what could be done to the very old carpets and upholstered chairs in my friends house. We booked the cleaning for a Saturday morning (9:00 am sharp), and Kody and Brandon were there right on time, so my friend did not need to wait at all (even with a snowfall the night prior). Kody was the lead, and Brandon was learning the ropes - both of the guys did a wonderful job, and wore masks in the house when my elderly friend was present in any of the rooms. Marion was very please with the service, and even made a sandwich for Kody, and gave Brandon a couple of oranges for lunch. Theres always someone who can do it "cheaper" but the quality will never be there. Dang Good Clean cleaned our carpets and it was done amazingly, not only it was clean to the point you could eat off it but also the carpet was not soaking wet after the clean! First Kody and Vern arrived a bit before our scheduled time (we were told at booking that this could happen) and we were thrilled with their professional conduct and job thoroughness in cleaning and sanitizing our furnace and vents. They took great care when working in our house and we really appreciated that. Then Marc came a bit later in the day, running a bit behind schedule, but we were called well in advance and told this - and this was also mentioned as a possibility at booking. Because they do such a great a job it’s hard to predict exactly how long a job will take in advance. Our carpets are over 16 years old and have seen kids grow from infants to teenagers and cats do their worst! We knew our old, and worn carpets would never look like new again, but they smell so fresh and clean, and the wear and tear is certainly less noticeable now. Their rates were very fair and we really appreciated their honesty. This was our first time using Dang Good, but we will certainly call them again as needed! Check out our before and after photos! My husband emailed Dang Good for a carpet cleaning quote, and they replied within 24 hours. We had our carpets cleaned by Shane today (4 bedrooms and stairs). He was an hour early for our appointment which was awesome! Shane was professional, friendly, thorough, and wore a mask. He had found a couple of stains and took the time to explain what he would do to try and get the stains out. He was successful in removing the stains, and we will definitely use this company again. MAY HAVE SAVED MY FAMILY’S LIVES!!!!! I had Kody and Ehren, service my furnace and ducts recently, and we are impressed by the service we received. On time and professional, they also took the time to explain issues we were unaware we had with our furnace. Also pointed out our carbon monoxide detector was no longer functioning. Marc did a very good job. I had a temporary roommate for a few months that had sorely abused my property and carpets. He did the best he could under the circumstances. Even though he was short staffed and Calgary was in the middle of a heat wave that day, Mark showed up and cleaned my carpets himself. Experience with Dang good was super awesome. I had Red and Aaron out (try and ask for them if you can because they are a great team) Red is the furnace technician and went over everything with me while they were doing the service. Aaron cleaned out all the vents and set up the hose from the truck. They wore masks and always maintained a safety first protocol. Dang Good respected me and my home. Recently I started having more dust than usual in my house and an Airdrie furnace/a/c company made an appt with a duct cleaning company to clean the ducts in my house. It was a disaster. This company had inferior or faulty equipment that didn’t stop, just added more dust that was disturbed in the ducts and being blown into my living quarters. This dust was in every inch of the house, walls, wall hangings, furniture, even inside cabinets with doors, etc. I am an 85 yr old senior and shed many tears from this experience. I hired Dang Good to correct my problem. Ken and Austin did an amazing job of cleaning the furnace and all ducts. It is stated that there was construction debris, very dusty and dirty. My carpets, not soiled, but full of this dust/silt also had to be cleaned. Ehren did an impressive cleaning job. All three of these gentlemen were very friendly and sympathetic as to what I endured. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend Dang Good Carpet & Furnace Cleaning.

**EDITED** Dang Good took care of our duct/furnace cleaning and completed some carpet cleaning for us. The furnace and duct team was great and really got things clean including the dryer vent. Although not cheap, it they did a great job. The carpet cleaner came later that same day and weren't quite satisfied with the final result. Attributing it to our possibly unrealistic standard given the wear of the carpet, we didn't say anything. After leaving a review that simply expressed what I thought was a satisfactory review, Mark not only took the time to reach out and rectify the issue but walk through my concerns and made sure that the problems were corrected. Honestly, what Mark has done to maintain customer satisfaction is far and away better than any other business I have experienced. Truly a customer first experience. Thank you for reaching out Mark. You did far more than we could have expected for such a small concern.
