Wanted to have carpets cleaned prior to Christmas. Our ChemDry Technician did a fabulous job. The carpet on our stairs looks brand new! The Tecnician would check in periodically to make sure we were happy with the results. Would definitely recommend ChemDry!

We moved into a new house. The previous owners had dogs. We have no animals. We noticed tiny dog hairs in the carpet, pet stains, and a smell. We decided to go with dry chem cleaning in Edmonton. When he was done it smelled good. The carpet took really long to dry. A couple days later I vacuumed and picked up so much dog hair. The stains were still there. And the smell was still there. We purchased a black light to see what the carpet really looked like and there was spots everywhere. Super disappointed as we spent 300 plus. I borrowed my mother in laws carpet cleaner and it did a better job in 20 mins in my hallway.

I have been using Chem-Dry since they first opened and I have never been anything less than impressed, and I am not easily impressed when it comes to cleaning. They always arrive on time, they wear indoor shoes, they put down covers to protect my hardwood floors from equipment. The cleaning itself is nothing short of a miracle [no they did not pay me to say that :)] Someone in my house [I won't say who :(] accidently tracked pink hair dye all over our cream carpets, plus we had silly puddy ground into the same cream carpets. I have two teenage daughters who have left various mystery substances on the carpets and yet they were able to get all of these stains out. They also cleaned my aging rugs this time around and they look awesome. My high traffic stairs look almost new. We inherited this cream carpet 13 years ago when we bought the house and every time these guys clean it it almost makes me not want to replace it. I would have no problem recommending this company.

After he did the measurements the pricing was quite a bit higher than the quote I had received earlier but we were able to come to a compromise with the owner Lisa (she was really nice!). Had 3 major blood stains on grey suede couch from scratch on arm. Tried to clean up with cold water with no success. Called Chem-Dry Select next morning. They came that afternoon. The technician named Trevor was very professional and cleaned the whole unit and added protectant. Trevor was very efficient , tidy and had a pleasant attitude. Also the lady in office was very pleasant and really wanted to help you. Very pleased with cost as they drove out to Spruce Grove. Next morning I examined couch and there were no stains or streaks.
