Cleaning up my new rental home, I had extremely dirty carpets (smoke, pets, stains...) I wondered if they were beyond hope. Sammy worked hard and got them very clean. Very Satisfied I ordered This Because During The Winter The Furnace Was Stinky - we haven't done our vents in 3 years and the manager was very knowledgeable, he showed up on time and started work immediately. He Took The Pictures For Me, and told me it should be done every 2 years! Very Satisfied House Smells Cleaner Than Before but charged extra 25$ for a deodorizer spray which he said would do the trick. Definitely keeping his card on my furnace for next year.

WOW! Where do I even begin. Not only is Sammy from Alberta Steam Express one of the kindest mam I have ever met but he went far far beyond what was expected. The level of professionalism and detail to work was the best I have ever experienced. He didn’t stop till he knew my carpets were as clean as they could be and he cleaned them to a quality that I know would never have been matched by another company. No small order either with having 4 pets. My carpets smell fresh and my house looks brand new I can say enough about how hard of a worker he is and how he went way out of his way today to help me Highly referred. 5 STARS! Thanks Sammy

Alberta Xpress Steam cleaned our ducts and in the process caused damage which led to flooding. Before this they were late for appointments and did not respond to messages in a timely fashion. After the flooding, when we reached out to the owner (King) he made it clear that he did not want to have any communication in writing in case it made them liable, and that he would dock the wages of the individuals who did the work at our place and that thier wage loss would be our fault. He did not apologize or take responsbility for any discomfort, damage or inconvenience. Thier workmanship caused nearly $7000 in damage. I would caution anyone about working with this company and owner. If there was an option for 0 or negatative stars, would have picked that. They are not accredited to the BBB page either.

Did a ok job. Charged a lot for heavy stains at door. Carpet still looks stained but worst stains gone. Cost me more then advertised. I had everything prepared and had all the loose items in the bathroom and moved the furniture for him. I paid before he started and he likely expected more work.. He said he wouldn't charge me as much next time.

Unprofessional Staff!!! Booked me for a particular time, called in the day before they told me 3 been waiting on them no one called to say they running late then I called in girl said he won’t be there until 3:30 and tech guy said he called me, which was a lie. Tech called after then going to tell me he is still at a customer place so 4:30. I am not begging for a service i am paying. I canceled their service. They do not respect other people’s time. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!

Nightmare to work with this company. They caused serious water damage to my property. They are unwilling to work with us in any way to remediate the situation. Employees were late to arrive for our appointment. Rescheduled the appointment. They said they would come at 9am, and they came at 7:30pm. Had to reschedule again. When they came back they did not return my washer dryer correctly. When I turned my washer on two days later I had a flood. First water issue I have ever had at my house. I shared all the information I had about the issue with them in writing. They were not willing to share any information or communicate with me in writing. They say they have proof they did the work correctly but are not willing to share it with me. When I spoke with King (a manager at the company) on the phone, he is asking me many questions to try and steer the question to make me believe that the company is at no way at fault. He says the company has taken photos of their work. Then when I asked if you took photos of my house he says no. How the heck are you cataloguing proof of the work that you are doing without taking photos. How are you taking photos of peoples homes without asking for permission? I never signed a document with your company stating you can take photos or gave oral consent to the person who conducted the work. King was leading the phone conversation to try and lead me to the conclusion that it is my fault the issue has occurred because I cannot move my washer and dryer to check on the work his employees did. I have recorded all my conversations with the company because they are unwilling to conduct business in a transparent way. In writing, and insist that all important communications are conducted over the phone.

Had an appointment with them for the 30th, first thing the guy said as soon as he walked in was that he’s gonna charge 25$, which he did. Kept telling me he might charge me extra if he stays longer since my carpet was “too dirty”. To top it all off he made vacuum the stairs while he did the rooms if I didn’t wanna be charged extra for him staying longer.

bad busines! I bought from Groupon. I booked an appointment 1 week ago, the scheduleed for the service at 6pm yesterday, April 25th. the staff name: asheley. yesterday I cleaned all the stuff and waited until 7pm, nobody showed up. I just today called the business. Asheley again said not April 25 6pm, actually it's May 2nd 3pm. very arrogant and rude! Actually, she could do very easy that she could just appolagize for maybe misunderstanding and then go over. why she so rude to say something bad a lot and hang up my phone!!! made me really hurt and angry, even shaking by hurt now. I recalled again to book a new appointment, the phone call later was transfered to a guy, he said unfortunately, their detailing machine just was down without working or book after 1 month. advised me to contact Groupon to get refund. what the business is! don't go.

I had an appointment for Saturday, August 22, 2015 for 11am. He showed up on time.. and went right to work... even cleaned the baseboards around the carpet in the bedroom and living room. After he steamed the carpets, he used the machine to clean the dining room and kitchen and bathroom for me. I am not sure this is normally part of the carpet cleaning, but i appreciated it. He was friendly, and completed the job in a timely manner.

Have called twice to book with a pre purchased groupon to only be told they are booking 14 days or longer down the road. Not much "Xpress" about that service but hey, just beware if you are pre purchasing or looking for cleaning in a pinch as this wont be your best choice

I had booked an appointment for a carpet cleaning in advance, however the company did not show up that day. The manager was very helpful and apologetic and booked an appointment for the next day, offering $75 worth of free services for the mistake. The cleaning service was fast and thorough, and the manager showed up on site to ensure I was happy with the job. Good cleaning work and excellent service despite the initial mix up.

Sammy was great! Let me know he was running behind schedule and got here when he could. He got set up quickly and worked hard the entire time he was here. One thing could have been better: he was scheduled on the SW side of Edmonton, then here in St. Albert, and then back on the SE. Perhaps times can be given closer to the scheduled date so he doesn’t have to drive all over the place that way and he’d be able to keep to the schedule a bit better :)
