I called Shack Shine because my gutters were overflowing during a recent storm. Their cost was reasonable considering the potential for a fall. Shack Shine was professional, accommodating, and friendly. They came over a couple days later and found 3 tennis balls stuck in my rain gutter down spouts. It would have taken me way longer to figure this out and much longer to get them out of my spouts. I would recommend Shack Shine to anyone and will use these guys again. Thanks, Craig.

Living in the shade of of large trees, our house has been susceptible to a buildup of scrunge and mildew on its street facing façade for years. Despite our attempts to clean it year after year, we were never able to fully clear it from the house. One day, we heard a commotion down the street and noticed our neighbors having their house cleaned by a professional company. We made sure we approached them for their business card and contacted them within days. Shack Shine was able to send a representative right away to provide us with a fully detailed quote for a variety of services we had in mind; power washing and cleaning the outside of the house, gutter cleaning, and cleaning the concrete patio in the back yard. The quote was able to break down the individual cost of the services, and there was no pressure if we decided not to include any of them during the initial cleaning. We decided to wait on the gutter cleaning and concrete until later in the year. The Shack Shine agents sent to the house arrived on time and went right to work. They were candid about darkness of the mildew as it had built up for many years but promised to do their best. The house has not looked better in years! Built up mildew was cleared off of the vinyl siding with ease, which we had been unable to achieve on our own. While they were cleaning the house, the gutters overflowed and showed significant blockage, which the agents pointed out to us as soon as possible, It was no trouble for them to add the entire gutter clearance back to our order, for the original quote price! The quick thinking agents have likely saved us possible damage to the roof and gutters as a result! The gutters were also cleaned at the original quote price as well. We definitely plan to use them again to clean the concrete, we are very happy with the work!

This was our first experience with Shack Shine and were so very pleased. They cleaned our gutters, power washed our white sided house and did all windows and storms. The fellows were so polite, thoughtful, took shoes off every time they came into the house, we enjoyed having them here. We were nervous about having someone in our home, during this time, but they wore masks and distanced from us when they were in the house. We had one window that was a bit streaky, I called and Mark was here the next day to re-clean the window. You will NOT be disappointed with Shack Shine.

As pleasant, prompt, and reasonably priced your people and service are, I attempted a request for a return visit as you encouraged, and got no response. I think you underestimated your ability to do wood soffit cleaning from the ground with an extension brush. I had hoped to avoid doing the job myself, and when I did get up on a ladder and scrubbed with a cloth and TSPe, I was able to get rid of the mold and dirt. The bucket water was black from every few feet of soffit surface. I would love to be able to get your service again if you would do the same scrubbing on a ladder. The job took me two full days for the two long sides of the house. I will live with the other two sides as they are. Your staff might be able to do the job more quickly especially if more than one person is on the job. The wood surface is a very different animal from vinyl/aluminum. I understand the cost would likely be higher because of the time involved. Thank you for the opportunity to review the service. Christine

After the cleaning there was still some debris coming out of my gutters onto my roof. One of my downspouts was badly damaged and pulled away from my house. It actually fell off a few days later when we had a storm. I gave them a poor internal review. I just received a call back and Paul told me that the downspout may have been ready to fall off and it wasn't their fault. BRUTAL!!!
